Post and boast on this thread and update your weight on the spreadheet.

I'm looking for new recruits for the spreadsheet. I've noticed the following new names on the chat thread: HairyMaclary, 2bayumimum, Manvsfood, scrablet, TinTinsSexySister, studyingstudying, notcutoutforthis, LittleFrieda, JaxTellerIsMyFriend - please post your weights (or starting index of 100) if you wish to be added to the spreadsheet. Everyone welcome.

I've been super strict this week and have lost 2.2lbs, so I'm now 195.2lbs. Yeah, the scales now start with a 13. Smile

Marking place as no access to scales today so will weigh in tomorrow

Thanks for the new threads!

Theeverexpandingrodders · 04/06/2012 08:09

I now weigh 11.13 so have lost 4lbs this week :D

Moanranger · 04/06/2012 08:20

Yay!Lost 4lbs. I had relatively few slip ups, mainly around being tired and stressed - must watch that. did nothing Jubilee-related , thank goodness as that seems to require a lot of cake. I went for a very long hack yesterday, and at the farthest point from the yard, the heavens opened - no raincoat of course,so 45 min getting absolutely drenched. was tipping water out of my shoes. first priority back was getting horse dry & sorted, then me. never thought of food, best thing about riding.
Big weight loss motivator at the mo is a wedding I am going to in mid-July & I have a Ted Baker dress I bought at an outlet store last year I would really like to wear but it's a bit tight!
FiddlydeFat - just posted my new weight, but does the spreadsheet calculate the loss or do I need to put that in, too?

FiddleDeFat · 04/06/2012 08:38

It's all done on the spreadsheet Moanranger. We've just finished Week 7, so if you look in the blue columns to the right of where you've entered today's weight you'll see the calculations: weekly loss, total loss to-date and the percentage of your starting weight that you have lost. But please don't touch the formulas in the blue columns.

Once everyone has weighed-in the group totals will show at the bottom of the spreadsheet and then I'll input the biggest losers.

Well done on your first week!

Fiddle its great when the first number changes isnt it ? I was so chuffed too see 11 at the start of mine it may be only 1lb only 12 stone but its still in the 11s :D

Jacaqueen · 04/06/2012 08:45

I love that spreadsheet.

Another 2lbs off for me this week.

Down to 13st 5lbs. Started at 14st 11lbs.

20lbs lost in 7 weeks.

doradoo · 04/06/2012 08:45

Half a pound up here - but am happy with that as I've been away and quite bad over the weekend - had my first bread/potato/pizza/haribo since the beginning of bootcamp.

Back on it with a vengence now so lets hope the next few weeks have a downward trend!

FiddleDeFat · 04/06/2012 08:55

That's quite impressive Jacaqueen. You've lost 10% of your bodyweight!

If it helps anyone, I've also added a Stones to Pounds (and vice versa) calculator to the spreadsheet, it's under the Conversion tab at the bottom.

3lbs lost this week! I'm not sure how I've lost it but I'm now in the 12s. Woohoo! Well done to all you losers.

MsRinky · 04/06/2012 09:40

Well, I lost 3.7 pounds the week before my holiday, and have now put 3.2 back on. I am counting that as a minor victory. I thought about not weighing this week, as I knew the scales would reflect my week off, but it's just a number. Next week will be better.

OtterPageantry · 04/06/2012 09:48

4lbs on. I crashed off the wagon this week due to exhaustion and my second period in 3 weeks. Cross and disappointed with myself.

heartstart · 04/06/2012 09:58

Thanks Fiddle

Woo hoo hoo 7lbs down (Runs around garden naked with sodding sodden jubilee flag

Livelongandprosper · 04/06/2012 09:59

Stayed at same weight which is great. I went to my niece's wedding on Saturday and ate wedding cake (3 times [embarrassed]) and lots of wedding food in general plus the odd glass of champagne so am lucky not to have gained.

I wore a sleeveless dress - I actually got my arms out in public!!!!

RadioSilence · 04/06/2012 10:11

Finally a loss for me! After staying the same or gaining since finishing boot camp I have lost just over 5lbs this week and my weight starts with a 9 at last.

Livelongandprosper · 04/06/2012 10:11

Blimey heartstart, well done!

Well done all you losers, and to all those who didn't lose - this week will be better!

vnmum · 04/06/2012 10:17

1.5lb off this week. well done to all the losers and to anyone who may be struggling, just kepp on keeping on, it does work Smile

Livelongandprosper · 04/06/2012 10:18

And Radio!

Smile
NigellasGuest · 04/06/2012 11:21

I've lost 1lb! Hooray - it's still going down.

Well done to everyone else who's going down!

And if you're not, still well done. you will be going down again soon and i know what it's like with the emotional stuff/TOM affecting everything. Keep going.

moonshine · 04/06/2012 12:15

Wow there are some fantastic losses here - well done. As for me...I'm not really sure (new scales as crap as the old ones, it seems) apart from the fact I definitely haven't lost so shall declare no change. That's only .5 off in 2 weeks and I haven't cheated at all. Why can't I lose weight Confused Sad.

GreenEyesAndHam · 04/06/2012 12:34

Moonshine what about inches, are you seeing any change there at all?

Also, if you post some examples of your daily eats onto the chat thread, in sure the wise ones would cast their eyes over and perhaps give some tips? Don't get disheartened

Fiddle thanks for the sheet- I've updated Smile

moonshine · 04/06/2012 13:41

Greeneyesandham - no inches loss either sadly, but thank you for the encouragement. I will post a day's typical food, if any kind expert could see what's wrong (although maybe not today as am meant to be going to the Harvester for lunch (dcs love it Hmm).

Yesterday:

B: scrambled eggs and smoked salmon (2 eggs, fried in butter)
L: Greek salad (homemade) with 4 olives, 4 cherry toms, lettuce, feta cheese and cucumber. Olive oil poured over.
D: Roast chicken + skin (lots!), broccoli, celeriac mash made with butter and some cream.

Snacked on odd bits of chicken.
Several black coffees. 2 coke zeros.

Someone's going to say it's the coke zero aren't they (sob)?

I also did some cardio and toning exercises. And walked about 20 miles over the week!

I'm thinking I'm just eating too much, portion-wise?? I do eat loads and loads. Have done Cambridge Diet several times before, didn't give up black coffee and always lost quickly and loads (but can't do it now!)

Ilovemyteddy · 04/06/2012 14:24

Moonshine - it's the coke zero Grin

You're right, it could be the size of your portions as well. Although from the day's menu above it doesn't look like you're eating too much (unless you're eating a whole chicken and a mountain of broccoli and celeriac mash!)

Coffee is definitely something I've had to cut down on since starting this WOE. I think you just have to cut things out until you hit on the combination of food/drink that is right for YOU. All of us appear to have different things that help or hinder us to lose weight on this WOE.

Are you drinking enough water - i.e. LOADS of water? I always notice a difference if I don't drink enough.

moonshine · 04/06/2012 16:23

Iloveteddy - (cries) - ok will try and give up the coke zero for a few days and see if it makes a difference but I really do have a horrible addiction Blush.

I hope that will make me drink lots of water (and yes I probably am guilty of not drining enough) -slinks off to knuckle under.

Oh yes, just had lunch at Harvester - was not very nice but managed to stick to meat and salad only (apart from one teeny tiny chip) and no chocolate bar for dessert afterwards (cries again).

BIWItheBold · 04/06/2012 16:27

Afternoon all! Waiting at Rome airport to fly home.

I can report that - wine aside - I have managed to be very good re food. I haven't fallen face first into plates of pasta, I've avoided pizza and I haven't had a dessert or any ice-cream. My meals have all been meat-based, with salad and veg.

I know I will have put on weight because of the wine (and haven't drunk anywhere near enough water) but I'm very pleased about my self- restraint otherwise.
