Hope you managed your exercise sizz Smile

3 mile walk done Smile bloat still here Hmm not happy Hmm

SizzleSazz · 22/05/2013 07:43

Nope Grin. But I did step on the scales and was petty pleased to still be 10.12.5 which I have been for a while.

I only want to lose 1/2 stone; how hard can it be FFS?

No run this morning, so I'm guessing my 6am plan isn't for me Grin. Will try and do something before I have to go into the office.

Great dedication LOTI although boo for bloating. Maybe a few days rest wouldn't be a bad thing given how much exercise you did on sun?

Hey Fjorn, shall we set some targets and report daily on here. I need someone with a stick to keep me on the straight & narrow!

FjorGynAndHotWater · 22/05/2013 09:13

I am 12 5.5 this morning. Bollocks. I have been really shovelling food in so perhaps it's not surprising! Anyway I am going on holiday in 60 days so really need to lose some before then so I can put it all back on again with fish and chips and cream teas...

I am going to give low carbing one more try but actually remembering I am supposed to be on a diet so no chomping on massive blocks of cheese and really increasing the veg I eat.

loti have a rest!!!!

sazz well done on not gaining despite your absence Envy, good news on your foot too. I hope it gets better quickly now and you can get out running properly again.

Really I would like to / should be able to lose a stone by 19th July, well in theory anyway, but never seem to be able to keep to weight loss targets so am going to set myself a food target instead. Despite it being half term next week and me being able to drink a bit again, I am not going to eat ANY biscuits/cake/pudding for the next two weeks and see what happens. If I can manage it I will be allowed extra chocolate brownies on 7 June!

Shred done. Yay, go me Smile

SizzleSazz · 22/05/2013 12:32

Fjorn, I think I managed to keep on a plateau as I jave been making cabbage soup every week and diet been fine for 3-4 days a week. Also been doing 1 or 2 exercise sessions so I guess that has helped. Weekends have been bad with takeaways and booze, but actually done loads of gardening so that has probably helped. Also have been very good this week prior to today's weigh in Grin

luckoftheirish · 22/05/2013 16:30

I have managed to do 9 miles walking today not intentional just been running around like a mad thing Blush

Well done on the shred sizz

Fjorny you can do it!

Do is less than 6 weeks away so need to keep exercise in check as food is as usual appalling! I was maintaining quite well until the marathon walk buggered me up! Who would of thought walking 26 miles would make u gain weight????Angry

QueenofDreams · 22/05/2013 22:36

Fjorn - why don't you join BIWI's bootcamp thread? Might help keep you on track? I'm back on the wagon. Weight 11 8. Need to lose 2.5 stone

Boo to sore feet sazz hope you get it sorted soon!

SizzleSazz · 23/05/2013 07:17

SizzleSazz · 24/05/2013 06:58

Boo, still 10.12.75, but have been very good, so hopefully it will be a springboard for next week.

3 exersazz's this week - 2 x run and 1x shred. I'm Aiming for the same next week. Will make some more cabbage soup to keep for when I need a quick food fix.

2 BBQ's over the bank holiday weekend

luckoftheirish · 24/05/2013 07:06

Body gone kaput Blush a few stretches this am and school runs and that is it! Knackered, bloated and just feel yuck! So am on an enforced ban on myself to relax the walking a bit and hopefully resting body will shock it back into work!

FjorGynAndHotWater · 29/05/2013 10:54

Hey loti, well done for keeping going while we have all been hiding Blush glad to hear you got rid of your poist-marathon bloat Smile

Well I have been rather overdoing it, once I started drinking i couldn't stop! Only +2 today though so not too hideous, no wine last night and trying to hold out till Friday now. It's just so nice to be able to drink! Just got to try not to make up for lost time by drinking all the drink I missed out on BlushGrin

OP posts:
QueenofDreams · 29/05/2013 15:22

I had a large glass of wine on Friday night, but haven't had any alcohol since then. Fell off the low carb wagon last night as was too ill to cook and DP ordered us a curry to share. There wasn't very much, so ended up eating half a naan bread.

Weight now 11.6 - going down so slowly!

luckoftheirish · 30/05/2013 18:01

A pathetic 2.25km on bike and 2.85km on treadmill (walk/run) but all I could manage due to time constraints Hmm

SizzleSazz · 30/05/2013 20:54
