Some of you have already weighed-in/reported your weight on last week's thread - apologies for the tardiness in setting up this new thread.

If you're new, you're very welcome. The rules of Bootcamp are here

I am starting Week 4 at 10 stone 2 (and a quarter). Sadly a gain for me, but also a salutary lesson not to relax too much too soon!

Starting week four at 10st 12, which is 9lb down from three weeks ago. Fabulous biwi, love it.

mummyduff · 07/05/2012 11:52

Hi starting week 4 at 9st 6lb thats a 10lb loss in 3 weeks x x

ilovemyteddy · 07/05/2012 11:58

Hi. Starting week at 188.2lb. That's 4.4lb lost on bootcamp and 36.2lb since starting LC in mid-Jan.

Marabou · 07/05/2012 12:34

My week 3 starts with staying the same (approximately), which is 83.8kg. I've only been doing bootcamp since Friday and cheated (already) a teensie bit on Saturday, so I'm trying to be pleased with that. So in total I've lost c.2.5-3kgs in almost 3 weeks, which is actually good now that I've written it down!

My clothes definitely sit better, although nothing is really too big for me yet. I'm struggling a bit with the weight going up and down and at times it's hard to not get discouraged, but I'm determined not to quit this time.

Great losses again everyone!

WillieWaggledagger · 07/05/2012 12:37

10 st 9lb today so 2lb this week

MrsNouveauRichards · 07/05/2012 12:48

Stayed the same, so 5lbs off in total.

(putting same info on this thread to make life easier for Getorf)

GreenEyesAndHam · 07/05/2012 12:58

Hi all

9st 3lb this week, so 11lb lost since start of bootcamp

Well done all

GreenEyesAndHam · 07/05/2012 12:59

Sorry, 9st 2lb I meant

Fuzzybirds · 07/05/2012 13:16

Wow some fantastic losses! Well done everyone!

Well I managed to lose the pound I put on plus a bonus pound, so am now 8st 13 Shock I am incredibly short though so still a size 12-14. My bootcamp loss is now 5lb and 13lb since I started LCing six weeks ago.

Went to Lidl yesterday and stocked up on the obligatory bucket of yoghurt, lots of meat and vodka. Looking forward to yummy meatballs and courgette 'pasta' for dinner.

Hepsibaaah · 07/05/2012 13:22

134lbs this morning, toal loss 6lbs, target weight 130lbs. I'd like to get to 126lbs (9stone) but I'm of the age where it's either my face or my figure -too much off and I start to look gaunt.

Fiveisenough · 07/05/2012 13:42

Weighed in at 11st today. So no change in the last few days. Still a total loss of 9lb in the 2 weeks I have been doing this.

Have cheated a little in the last two days. So I am pleased. Back to being struck with myself this week.

Well done to everyone.

BettyBathroom · 07/05/2012 13:49

Weighing in with a gain - up to 60.7kg It's my TOM and usally I gain quite a bit of water.

NotMostPeople · 07/05/2012 13:52

Weighing in at 11.8 only yesterday I was 11.6 but I knew that Saturdays spectacular fall would have an effect and sure enough it did. This means ive gained 1lb since last week.

Honestly all of you tempted to eat cheesecake/chocolate etc it's not worth it I can't say that I even enjoyed it all that much.

This week DH is away for most of it and this is where I'm likely to snack a lot and not bother with meals, so I plan to plan. First thing tomorrow morning I'm writing a meal plan and then shopping accordingly.

I have learnt the following:

Don't drink loads of milk/shakes/latte as milk has got loads of carbs. Soya milk is a good alternative although not in hot drinks.

Tomatoes are fruit and not allowed.

Black pudding is high in carbs.

Don't have too many drinks with sweetener.

I still look slimmer, feel better, sleep a million times better and am more determined than ever.

gothicmama · 07/05/2012 13:54

I've lost 4lb since beginning of bootcamp now 9 9 -

Livelongandprosper · 07/05/2012 14:17

8lbs off since the beginning of bootcamp. Now 9st 1lb.

I am with Hepsibaaah and must choose either the face or the figure. I am looking a bit gaunt so will probably need to maintain at 9st 2 or 3.

However.... sugar and carb addiction - gone. I can choose what I eat. If I choose to eat sweet stuff my headaches come back so I mostly choose not to.

Schnarkle · 07/05/2012 15:43

Weighing in at 150.4 this morning

Almost 140 something, bring it on week 4 Smile

HowAnnoying · 07/05/2012 16:00

Hi, this is my 1st week at 154lb

ohforfoxsake · 07/05/2012 16:06

I have just got back from a wedding in Spain and didn't so much fall off the wagon as jumped off it and watch it hurtle away crashing. I will weigh and measure tomorrow morning (Saturday I was 11.9.6, haven't been able to weigh today) and I will report officially next Monday.

DoUntoOtters · 07/05/2012 16:20

I posted on the other thread, but here it is again: down 0.5lbs to 10stone 11lbs.

I am cutting out nuts this week as I was eating them without thinking, and I'm not really hungry between meals, it is just a habit.

SharonGless · 07/05/2012 16:32

Well done everyone, am weighin in tomorrow as been camping all weekend so just unpacked car and didn't have scales with me this morning. Kitchen sink yes, scales no

BreakOutTheKaraoke · 07/05/2012 16:51

9 st 13 1/4 here, thats 4 and a half lb off.

LoopingLizards · 07/05/2012 17:09

down to 122 this week so thats another 2lbs. and 8lbs in total. 2lbs to go til goal :o
This thread has been incredible for me. I was stuck at 130 for so long and this woe has totally kicked my body back into gear. Thank you so much BIWI.. I think its fairly obvious from the HUGE following you've had that you are truly inspirational!

WheatBelly · 07/05/2012 18:16

I'm starting at 12st 10 (OK I'll fess up and admit to being EatenAllTheEasterEggs who started 3 weeks ago, lost 6 pounds and then put it back on again Blush)

Honestly am determined to do this - this is the 3rd time this year I have lost nigh on half a stone in just over a week and then put it back on again in the next fortnight - my poor body.

Must get in the zone. So many of you are doing so well!

mummyduff · 07/05/2012 18:51

ok not a fab day,

Breakfast was some fried mushrooms
then a very long walk that ended in the pub with me having a cider and pork scratchings for a late lunch, oh the shame Blush
Dinner was Pork chops and green beans and now on 4th litre of water.

Have now put myself on the naughty step for bad behaviour Sad
