Some of you have already weighed-in/reported your weight on last week's thread - apologies for the tardiness in setting up this new thread.

If you're new, you're very welcome. The rules of Bootcamp are here

WOW, respec' for the spreadsheet, that is amayzing Shock

Unfortunately I haven't really lost anything this weigh in so mine stays the same :sigh:

BIWItheBold · 10/05/2012 12:40

Wow! That's fabulous - thank you so much for doing that!

My weight is going up and down like a yo-yo at the moment, so I'm not very hopeful of a further loss on Monday Sad

I'm trying really hard!

FiddledeFat That is fantastic! Thanks

Marabou · 10/05/2012 14:30

Afternoon all! Sorry to hear getorf is ill!

Had cake yesterday, a lot of it Blush! Today scales were up 0.5kg so am determined to get back on the straight and narrow and hence started the day by throwing out all the cake and will come up with something to tell DH by the time he comes home from work..

mummyduff · 10/05/2012 15:56

Thanks FiddleDeFat that's fab!

Hope everyone is having a great day, I have been alot more focused today finally have my TOM, thank god!!

Breakfast was boiled egg
Lunch was mushroom omelette with salad
Dinner Chilli
Lots of water being drank too Grin

FiddleDeFat · 10/05/2012 18:06

Glad you like it. Blush

And I should add that if anyone started later than Week 1, then their starting weight has to be entered for all the previous weigh-ins for the formulas to work, ie. there must be a weight in colums B, D, G and K.

HalfSpamHalfBrisket · 10/05/2012 19:10

FiddleDeFat fab spreadsheet!

I am sulking. I have PMT and have not lost ANY weight because of me 'ormones.

Brekkie: protein shake
Lunch: Avocado and mozzarella salad
Tea: Cauliflour/mozzarella 'pizza' with large green salad

jan2011 · 10/05/2012 19:16

first day of low carbing -

yoghurt and fruit (yes fruit!) for bf
tuna for lunch
scrambled egg and musroom for dinner
snacks of sugarsnap peas and peppers with cream cheese
lots of tea and coffee with soy milk in between

and before bed i am not giving up my soy decaf milky coffee - it will have to be ok.

smokinaces · 10/05/2012 19:31

Wow to the spreadsheet!!!

Just had to share I have found cheeky chocolate. Sainsburys sell a pack of five bars of 85% dark for 1.30 and each bar is just 4.6g carbs, so share a bar like I did today and its half that :-)

Hoping for a loss this week. Night out planned for Saturday - am doing red wine and then.vodka, with my dark choc and some nuts for a snack. Hoping not to fall off the wagon......

PorkyandBess · 10/05/2012 19:39

I have lost 7lbs, but seem to be well and truly stuck.

At the weekend, I caved and had a bagel. Then, wracked with guilt, I ran on treadmill until I had burnt off all of its calories. It took me 35 minutes!

Not worth it

PorkyandBess · 10/05/2012 19:41

Get well soon Getorf.

GreenEyesAndHam · 10/05/2012 20:54

Fiddle that is fab, thank you so much Thanks

ohforfoxsake · 10/05/2012 21:41

Spreadsheet is fab! Thanks Thanks

mummyduff · 11/05/2012 16:54

Hi All

What a lovely sunny day to start the weekendGrin please let it continue.

Does anyone know if olives are ok to have?

MsRinky · 11/05/2012 17:06

Respect to the spreadsheet ! I shall be ultra-good all weekend, as I wouldn't want to sully it with a gain.

Olives are fine mummyduff, enjoy.

mummyduff · 11/05/2012 17:12

Thanks MsRinky

BIWItheBold · 11/05/2012 20:31

I have no idea what's going on with my weight at the moment. I've also been out of the office for much of the last 4 days, and reliant on other people catering for me.

And whilst they have all tried very hard to accommodate me/low carbing, the results have all been a bit haphazard! Salad with bottled dressing that was incredibly sweet. Couscous. Sweet prawn cocktail-type dressing. Or - worse - salad with no dressing, just a huge mound of grated carrot and sweetcorn, with coleslaw dumped on the top.

I ended up eating a packet of peanuts today - on a 3+ hour train journey back home - because I was so hungry after not being able to eat most of the salad!

So I'm not expecting to be able to get back down to 9 something, sadly Sad

However, still a couple of days till next official weigh-in! (which will be Monday again, by the way)

My weight has been up and down all week. Started at 188.2 got down to 187 yesterday and back up to 188 today. Not doing anything different and drinking water like mad

Marabou · 11/05/2012 21:12

Right so DH has decided not doing a big hooplaa for DS' first birthday will be rude to the family and thus am being forced to have one tomorrow Angry!

This of course means cake, cake and even more cake and byebye to weightloss tomorrow:(..

RatherBeOnThePiste · 12/05/2012 10:48

Morning Smile

mummyduff · 12/05/2012 12:19

Morning All Grin

OliviaLMumsnet · 13/05/2012 17:09

Hallo
Are we all waning? Or just so busy being slim and happy that we haven't had time to post?
I am feeling hopeful for tomorrow's weigh in.

RatherBeOnThePiste · 13/05/2012 17:11

Hopeful here too

BIWItheBold · 13/05/2012 17:25

I will do a new weigh-in thread for tomorrow. Olivia - there is a new chat thread for week 5 here

I wish I was hopeful Sad. The scales were showing that my weight was coming down again, until RL sabotaged things. I'm not sure what on earth they will say tomorrow, but I doubt very much that it will start with a 9.

OP posts:
BerylStreep · 14/05/2012 08:33

I have been lurking rather than posting. My weight has been all over the place since my party aberration. A week and half on, and I am still 1.5kg more than I was pre the top hat / krispie bun incident. Honestly, slip ups are just not worth it!

Anyhow, I am determined to stick to the straight and narrow, in the anticipation that things will sort themselves out in the end.
