I went to toddlers this morning and they had a baby yoga session going on, it was fab fun and dd2 (19mths) joined in alot more than i htought she would. It wasn't a mad work out but was nice and gentle and meant i was doing something active that we could both enjoy.

I am here! went to a birthday party this afternoon..... bit of a nightmare when theres a buffet and hostess says help yourself! I was good though and only had a couple of sausages on sticks... and a coffee

Can i join too? i lost loads of weight last year by becoming a healthy eater. That meant no ready made food, bread (apart from wholemeal pitta) and NO refined sugar at all. It worked a treat till i got pg.... I have already started again but would love some moral support.

LoveMyGirls · 28/04/2007 19:08

Of course you can join, just come and add your 2penceworth whenever you fancy. I've been doing daily to keep myself on track, i do better if i'm keeping a tab on it.

havent been very active today because dd2 has been very whingy due to MMR but did manage to walk round town for a little while.

As for eating i did have a ready made lasagne at dd1's request with garlic bread but i have managed no choc, biscuts, cake etc so i'm still proud and i chose oasis light instead of normal oasis while i was out. I don't mind getting to my goal slowly but surely

I'm sorry I don't come on that much when I am not at work (Tues-Thurs). I weighed 10st 4 yesterday, so have lost 6lb in total.

LoveMyGirls · 29/04/2007 09:50

"Still" is good I think.

Roskva · 02/05/2007 21:14

9st 12 this morning, so I've managed to ditch the four lbs I gained following my Easter binge. Dh is going to be away for the next week, so I have absolutely no excuse to have choc, biscuits etc in the cupboard when he is not around.

LoveMyGirls · 03/05/2007 08:02

Keep it up, well done!!

I am aiming for no more than 1lb/week really, and that is how it is working out. So I am eating fairly sensibly (did have a cream cake yesterday) and exercising. But Rosvka that is great, well done.

SpookyMadMummy · 04/05/2007 11:08

I have maintained this week after a loss of 4lb last week, good I haven't gained i guess, but i would have liked to have lost...
hey ho there's always next week!

Roskva · 04/05/2007 19:59

Slap my wrist, somebody - I've been really bad today: lunch out, half a tub of pringles, chocolate and now I'm feeling sick . I am in sole charge of dog walking, which means pushing the buggy as well, as dh is away.

LoveMyGirls · 05/05/2007 15:14

I'm 11.6 which means im onto the next challenge of getting down to 11stone! Def going to be good now!!

OP posts:
bozza · 05/05/2007 21:14

Rovska are you still needing a slapped wrist or have you got over the blip? LMG fantastic - where did that 3lb disappear to?

LoveMyGirls · 06/05/2007 07:09

Ahem it's 4lb

I just stopped eating junk and fizzy drinks - i've still had the odd biscut and odd glass but nowhere near as much as i was having. I've been doing more like walking extra few steps here and there.
