ok so the new year is here, and this is when I promised myself I would start to put in the hard work to shed the baby weight! So here goes

Healthy eating, for me being: muesli and soya milk, sandwich/soup/salad, casserole/rice dish/ veggies etc. Snacks to be yogurt/fruit if really need it. Going to make an effort to avoid sugar/high gi foods and drink lots of water.
Exercise: 30ds 5 today, then plan to follow that with 6pack in 6 weeks, followed by starting couch to 5k in time for spring! Big plans
Start weight is 9st 7lb, height 5ft 4" but very flabby, in particular tummy area which is my main concern! Will do measurements and photos of progress too. Feel free to join me!
