Just in case anyones up and about early.

Don't email anyone, just post your weight (ideally for me!) or if you can't face it, just post your loss.

Good Luck and I'll e-mail you all the chart on Thursday with our progress.

JenumGeranium · 12/01/2006 13:52

Glad I'm not on my own!

Shall I join you in your shed? We can be farty together!

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 12/01/2006 13:54

yes - deffo! between that and being more "regular" im hoping this healthy eating malarky is worth it!

JenumGeranium · 12/01/2006 13:55

I'm sure it will be!

Do you think that once our bodies get used to healthier food we will stop being as windy?

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 12/01/2006 13:58

with the amount of fruit im eating....

JenumGeranium · 12/01/2006 14:00

I know! I have never eaten so much fruit and veg in my life!

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 12/01/2006 14:02

my body doesnt know whats hit it! its used to chocolate and sweets and ice cream and cakes and chips...... not bloody pears, apples, brocoli, asparagus, cauliflower!

Furball · 12/01/2006 14:09

Those that haven't got the chart - do you have an email virus checker thingy. Because as it was sent to 51 people your system may think it's a virus or worm and put it in a different inbox.

bubblerock · 12/01/2006 14:17

Furball - there's probably no point in me being included on the chart as I can't see it so i'll have to keep a record myself. Would have been nice to see how everyone was getting along and maybe encouraged me a bit more but nevermind

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 12/01/2006 14:17

I found it in my junk email although cant open the chart

Furball · 12/01/2006 14:49

Still post your losses though you two and I'll still include you on my chart.

Am having a shocking day.

Am half way through a bag of Mini Eggs

Great for the soul but not so good for the hips.

Thanks for the chart Furball, I'm impressed with the calculation you've used! Well beyond my excel "expertise".

Had another good day (mostly) foodwise

Cup of tea
Shredded wheat
Packet of raisins (which DS has now decided he loves so half a packet really)
Leek and potato soup (yummy, will put how to make on recipe thread) and low fat yogurt
1 chocolate chip cookie
Pork and mushroom stir-fry

Still not managed much exercise as DS is teething and is not sleeping well at night (so knackered) or during the day (so can't do anything) and is grumpy when he's awake. Determined to do Davina workout tomorrow.

Up to a litre and a half of water so quite pleased with myself

Hello
Could do with a kind word of motivation. I always have a slump late afternoon/early evening. End up like tonight having what in total amounts to a good-sized mini-meal and then a late dinner. I cooked my baby a lovely dinner of salmon fillet, pasta shapes and cauliflower with milk and after throwing it around the room, she refused to eat it. I ate it in the end, because I'd bought extra fish specially and spent twenty bloody minutes on it and I didn't want to waste it. When my husband got home,I had to resist the temptation to walk to the corner shop for some chocolate.

TaiTai · 12/01/2006 19:53

On the positive side, I am pleased that I have done over 9,000 steps today. I do feel like doing some exercise so I might do a DVD. The urge hardly ever takes me.

hullabaloo · 12/01/2006 20:14

Evening all! Just checking in with my diet diary! Brekkie ssmall bowl of special k, lunch chicken salad and a diet coke, snack melon, dinner past(very small bowl) with meatballs and a fresh tomato sauce. Night off from the exercise classes as I have to go and move my kitchen into the living room!!(New floor and worktops being fitted!)

PS Bubblerock - even if you can't get the chart still check in so we can keep each other motivated!

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 12/01/2006 20:15

I have been good again! wow thats 3 days in a row

Fruit and fibre with skimmed milk for breakfast (thats a biggie - I love full fat milk)

Rice and tuna for lunch

Backed potato with chicken and mushrooms for tea

A satsuma

Been drinking diet coke and lemon.

bubblerock · 12/01/2006 20:26

I did try to download the viewer but it won't let me open it. Feeling like I don't want to play at the moment but i'm sure i'll get over it.

Charlee · 12/01/2006 20:41

i lost about 4lbs, not alot i know! i have a real hard time loosing wieght, it seems however good i am or how much excersise i do it just doesnt come off after a certain point.

I have been good, and when im back in the uk i will be even better my sister has agreed to go walking with me with our dc so thats extra excersise.

I cant read the new chart i havent got excel on my p.c to poen it with.

Everyone seems to be doing well, well done everyone

DustAnyone · 12/01/2006 21:00

I hav eexcel but when I try to download the attachment it says IE cannot open the site because its unavailable! Never mind!

bubblerock · 12/01/2006 21:10

Can't we go back to a normal chart????? Seems a bit pointless to have a 'group' chart that half the group can't see.
