Don't email anyone, just post your weight (ideally for me!) or if you can't face it, just post your loss.

Good Luck and I'll e-mail you all the chart on Thursday with our progress.

Oh no after weighing I had fish and chips so have a week to run them off!!! They were good though, been very good all week and only had bran cereal for tea so that should help!!!

I have excel on my computer but I keep getting an error saying ' IE cannot open internet site, site is unavailable' when I try to download chart.

Any ideas anyone?
What am I doing wrong?

Hello all! Thanks furball for the chart and all the organisation that is going into all of this. I have not been able to stop thinking about food today for some reason BUT I did go to an Aquafit class and tried to be good food wise so here goes...
Brekkie Corn Flakes
Lunch tuna mayo roll (purple label skinny mayo) and salad
Dinner Pizza (all I had in ) and salad.
Snacks 3 celebrations
All in all not too bad.
The became a couch potato to watch the fitness vid thing and double LOST. I think I must surely have lost weight from nerves alone!

Furball, got the chart. Many thanks for all your hard work - it looks great.

Yesterday was very good foodwise and I really feel like I'm getting into this now and am rarely craving anything sweet or otherwise bad Didn't do any 'proper' exercise as DS woke from his nap early and grumpy, so wrapped us both up and we went for a long walk in the buggy (him in it, me pushing obviously) Feel like I must have burned a few calories. Today, I am going to try the yoga DVD Bubblerock got for me and tomorrow is my full Davina workout day.

Am determined to have lost a stone by Feb 20th when I go back to work [hopeful emoticon]

Furball, i received the chart, many thanks - it looks great.
I had a good day yesterday, this was due to my having a tooth extracted in the morning. Was only able to eat a banana smoothie and carrot soup all day (both homemade). Bit extreme, though for long term weight loss.

The 'diet' is still going fine although I am still craving chocolate and other sweet stuff. Hope I can keep it up for the next 4 months.

I am doing so much better this week than last!

I have had

Hot water plus lemon juice firts thing

Weetabix minis & s/s milk
Glass of orange juice
Cup of tea (2 sugars )
chicken & sweetcorn soup with 2 slices wholemeal bread
Diet coke

No water as yet, but I will start now. I have kept up with my 2ltrs a day since last week!

I had some fruit and fibre for breakfast and have had a satsuma although dhj says with the amount of fruit I am eating I may aswel just have a choccie bar as the calories in the fruit will all add up to the same??? I think hes talking crap!

I would have thought that eating fruit would be the better option?! Could you eat more fruit rather than just one bar of choccy for the same amount of calories?
