Just in case anyones up and about early.

Don't email anyone, just post your weight (ideally for me!) or if you can't face it, just post your loss.

Good Luck and I'll e-mail you all the chart on Thursday with our progress.

Thanks bubblerock - what a bargain too for only one penny!

Janbo25 · 11/01/2006 09:09

am i too late to join in?

busywizzy · 11/01/2006 09:21

JG, not a dance one but I'm using the Davina McCall Power of 3 workout DVD. It's great as it's a combination of strectching/toning exercises and 'fat burning' sessions where you jump around a lot and get sweaty.

It's also broken down into three sections (legs/bums, arms and tummies) so if you only have time to do 15 minutes you can pick the bit you want rather than doing the whole hour.

Furball, sorry didn't get around to it yesterday, had a really cr*p day one way or another.

Anyway the good news is that at least I lost a bit of weight last week.

Down to 10st 6.5lb. On the chart that doesn't look very good though, but I did post last Tuesday saying that I was 1.5lb heavier than what I thought...so I have lost 2lb this week.

I'm very happy with that!

niccick · 11/01/2006 10:04

Had a good day, have been craving carbs all day though finally gave in and had pasta for tea but only had a small serve it was very filling and very nice. I so need to get a water bottle for work, I am not drinking enough and this would help with the sugar cravings. DH being very supportive. Does anyone else get crabby while on there diets?

JenumGeranium · 11/01/2006 10:34

Thanks busywizzy! Is that her new one or an old one? I think something like that would be ideal as you say, its broken down into parts! Plus I like the idea of jumping around and getting sweaty!

bubbles2904 · 11/01/2006 10:50

still 10 5

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 11/01/2006 15:22

Having a semi-day off.... decided to had a choc chip cookie (small one out of a packet) and 6 little chocs out of my Celebrations tin. Ive been so good for 8 days that i wanted a treat!

Got chicken hot pot for tea - if DH gets around to making it!

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 11/01/2006 15:58

I am being good today!

Missed breakfast
Rice & tuna for lunch
will be having some fruit in a minute to tide me over til tea which will be backed potatoes and hopefully chicken (can you cook chicken breasts from frozen? they were fresh then i froze them and forgot to get them out this morning)

Been drinking diet coke with lemon

Also dome some walking - very fast cause the bus was late and I was going to be late picking ds1 up!

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 11/01/2006 15:59

i wouldnt cook them from frozen - defrost in microwave first!

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 11/01/2006 16:00

I dont know how to set the microwave to defrost

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 11/01/2006 16:01

ooops.... i cant help you there! Ours is a dial one so i just turn the dial to defrost!!!

unicorn · 11/01/2006 17:07

be careful with that chicken, it needs to be fully thawed I think.

Today I have had...
cornflakes
missed lunch for some reason (ahh exlains my bad mood!)
roasted vegetables and rice for tea.

drinks....
despite dh falling off the wagon and drinking wine in front of me yesterday, I didn't succumb, so I am very pleased with myself on that front.
I am mostly drinking water and V8 - has anyone else tried it? it's gorgeous.

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 11/01/2006 17:08

I think the chicken will have to weight til tomorrow. Am now wondering what to have with my potatoes (and trying to ignore the huge block of cheese in the fridge!) I cant face tuna yet again!

teacups · 11/01/2006 19:15

I have emailed you now furball with my email address for the chart. Thanks for all your hard work

TambaThePussy · 11/01/2006 20:39

I had fish fingers, smiles and beans for tea - is that a bad thing to have eaten?

Furball · 11/01/2006 20:58

If not diet wise I would say so healthwise - Smiles? Bleugh! Cod recons they're floor sweepings
