Just in case anyones up and about early.

Don't email anyone, just post your weight (ideally for me!) or if you can't face it, just post your loss.

Good Luck and I'll e-mail you all the chart on Thursday with our progress.

Well sorting out all of those email addys and heights & weights, done some thing for me cos' I am now...........14.4. Thats a lost of 4lbs.

UCM · 10/01/2006 17:58

Furball, if it's doing your head in, just say. I was extremely busy last week at work as I had some problems. They are sorted out now and if you want I can take ownership of 'THE chart' again

Loobz · 10/01/2006 19:04

I'm in a state of shock. Have lost 7lbs. Am now 12st 2lbs was 12st 9lbs!

teacups · 10/01/2006 19:46

well done all on fantastic losses.

Looks like I am too late to join the chart now but perhaps I can just join on the board? I am 5' 8", weighing 12lbs 4 and started diet today. Will hope to have a decent loss to post next week.

hullabaloo · 10/01/2006 20:20

Well done everyone what FANTASTIC results. I bet you're all dead proud of yourselves! I only started officially yesterday but I was stunned (and delighted!) to see that I didn't put anything ON in the last week so that's good news. I am now officially in your gang and am off to the gym! I've been chanting this mantra all day... I will go to the gym! ('cos it's cold and wet and I can't be bothered but now I have all of your losses as my inspiration!) Thanks!

shawn · 10/01/2006 20:21

If I.m not too late can you put me on the chart? Just started today, got weighed last night at weightwatchers.10.13 and a half I,m 5 foot two and have at least a stone to loose.

busywizzy · 10/01/2006 20:36

What a week we've all had and nobody put any weight on Well done everyone - let's hope this week is as successful for us all.

I have had a bad couple of nights with DS who is teething so was feeling a bit sorry for myself this afternoon. Also knowing that next weigh-in is a week away now I treated myself to a bar of chocolate this afternoon. Other than that, I've been quite good and I plan on doing an hours workout again tomorrow.

So today I've had

Shredded wheat
Melon
Baked potato with cottage cheese
2 x ryvita and a flake
Oven baked fish and salad

busywizzy · 10/01/2006 20:37

Oh yes and pineapple for my pudding this evening.

Furball · 10/01/2006 20:42

unicorn · 10/01/2006 21:03

tamba.. re choc..stop buying it, otherwise it is there as a temptation all the time.

Today I have eaten....
weetabix
m+s count on us prawn salad + another nice cous cous one.
Home made Shepherd pie (quorn)

and.....

I have been to a contemporary dance class (I used to dance 20 years ago!)
I looked so fat compared to all the young uns tho {sad]

DustAnyone · 10/01/2006 21:35

Tamba, have your Curly wurly and don't feel guilty, just save enough cals,ww points etc from your daily total.

I had a curly wurly every evening except one this week and have lost 4lbs. If i didn't have it I would feel deprived!

JenumGeranium · 10/01/2006 22:03

I can recommend the weightwatchers chocolate mousse thing - well I felt it satisfied my need for chocolate taste anyway!

So who can recommend a good work out video? I have my mornings free so once kids are deposited I will be able to do one! I would prefer a dance type one if possible.

Plus well done everyone!

bubblerock · 10/01/2006 22:09

Had a good day today, my main problem is what to drink when I don't have water in ( I don't like tap water) so I don't think I'm drinking enough.

I made myself do the penny lancaster workout tonight, It's actually very good. I had a dilema because I wanted to watch fat club too so I had the tv on and my fitness dvd in the laptop on the floor

Have eaten:
branflakes, sultanas, cranberries and soya milk
small portion of veggie pasta
mushroom omelette, new potatoes and tinned tomatoes.
Sultanas to snack on through the day.

nutmeg · 10/01/2006 22:12

lost 2 and a half pounds...feeling good!!

bubblerock · 10/01/2006 22:14

JG, I had this one ages ago and it's very challenging dance wise. If got one of the patsy palmer ibiza ones from woolies and it's ridiculous - should be called 'learn how to mince' I was laughing too hard to exercise!

Tamba, I saw this in cosmo:

Quaker S&V snack a jacks

cals 410
fat 8g
sodium 2.1g
" They may scream less than 10% fat, but all that salt can give you water retention. They've got a higher GI than chocolate so you'll soon be hungry again."

They recommended M&S count on us baked crisps as they are just potato, olive oil and salt.

bubblerock · 10/01/2006 22:30

Tref, If I go to a big tesco I pick up the value water, I think it's just 18p a bottle. I don't like drinking our water because it's a big old house and still has some lead piping in our acommodation, the rest was replaced when we rennovated.

MrsSpoon · 10/01/2006 22:32

That's really interesting about the Snack-a-Jacks, bubblerock, I really go for them when watching my weight, only problem is I have trouble sticking at one packet which proves the point that they are not very filling.

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 10/01/2006 22:32

cadburys light choccy mouse is only 3.5 sins a put on SW.... and allowed 15 sins a day

hullabaloo · 10/01/2006 22:43

Got back from the gym at ten and am feeling very smug and proud of myself. Words can not express how much I HATE going there but it's done now. Yeah! Will do Aquafit tomorrow (like that) and a walk round the park at the weekend (about 6 miles) Anyway just to confirm furball I have neither lost nor gained (quite good since I only started properly yesterday) therefore weight is the exact same as last week.
