Jambuttie if you emailed me after midnight last night, you wont' be put on until tuesday as someone has just said, I can't add every day as I work full time shiftwork. But I can promise to add you next week. I am only on here now because my DS age 2 has gone for a long kip.

UCM sorry to be a pain in the @rse but I thought I was 15'7 but when I weighed myself on Tuesday I was actually 15'11, could you be a sweetie and change it for this week or it'll look like I've put on weight this week

Just had my dinner - inspired by jessicaandrebeccasmummy I made vegetable pasta! Very nice it was too if I do say so myself!

I am on my 4th 500ml sports bottle of water - a bit later finishing with my water than I would like, but never mind - just means I will be peeing later!

How has everyones day been?

I have been shopping and bought some little carrot things to replace my choccie snacks

I only had bacon and egg in the fridge this morning so I had that for lunch but have now stocked up on healthy stuff.

Dh did himself and the kids pizza for tea and I hid upstairs so i wouldnt be tempted

I have been on the scales everyday but dont seem to have lost anything.

Today I have had:

Bacon and egg roll
hot chocolate x2
cup of tea
A satsuma
A pear

And i will probably have a tuna sandwich or some grilled chicken later.

Am going to do 200 sit-ups again tonight. Was well pleased with last nights effort til dh pointed out to me that doing them on the bed doesnt count

I don't think its a good idea to weigh yourself everyday, although I know how tempting it is!

Why is it that when i wasnt on a diet I never ate a thing until about 6pm everyday (I still put weight on though cause it was a take away or a pizza iyswim)

And as soon as I start a diet I am hungrey all the time???
