Oh am so proud of myself. Came down with DS this morning to the smell of freshly baked bread in my new breadmaking machine. Did cereal for everyone, which I had and then hot buttered bread for DH, DD and DS and I didn't have any !!!!! Wow am so impressed at my willpower

DH is taking us out for lunch today as he is back to work tomorrow so let's see how long my feeling of smugness lasts!!

I've e mailed you, but I am only going to weigh once a montha s I can get a bit scales obsessed, so am giving dh the battery!

I can only have 1838 calories a day - that really isn't many to cut down from

Well its the end of the day for me. I have had a pretty good day. DS and I had a play date with my cousin and her two we had a great time so my excercise today way running around a my cousins back yard and playing in the sand pit, I love being on holidays, I cannot believe that I have to go back to work on monday

Food wise i have been pretty healthy breakfast was a couple of slices of toast and a chai tea with some skinny milk, lunch was salad with some bbq chicken, the best thing about lunch was that i didn't have to do anything, my cousin did it all. But i did fall down with the home made lemon slice, I have such a sweet tooth!! For aftnoon tea more lemon slice with a cup of tea with no sugar. For dinner we had sushi my favorite take out. I had hardly any water today I am even to embarrased to say how little i drank, but I promise to do better tomorrow.

Sounds like you had a really good day niccick! I find drinking water hard - have to make myself do it.

I have been trying to motivate myself to go out jogging (am sitting in my tracksuit) but it is white with frost outside and very icy....

I think I have been in denial about my weight for ages... no more!!!!

Still drinking lots of water, haven't made any major changes to diet yet, and haven't started exercising, but it will happen, one step at a time!

UCM, Outlook express blocks out attachments so I have not received your weight chart. Could you please resend your email with the weight chart in the body of the email? Thanks. Am I destined not to lose this coupld of stone? Can't find the Lardy Club on Yahoo.

Completed first day with difficulty. Bit irritable as I was so hungry. Managed to say no to chocolate. Increased my fruit and veg intake which was not difficult as I barely eat much of either. Shall start exercising tomorrow.

Have had fruit and fibre with semi-skimmed milk and a glass of orange juice for breakfast this morning.

One of my main problems is that I eat late at night so last night when i got nibbly i did some house work - it worked! I didnt eat anything wooohoooo

Am going to get som,e carrot sticks or something to snack on. I am a big snacker

v small biscuit (v bad)

Going to have homemade soup for lunch and make some more tonight so I do not do that rummaging in the fridge thing at lunchtime. I work from home and find that v hard

Any good recipes for parsnip soup?? (Have loads left from Xmas)

Melrose - is it you that makes your own veg soup?

What do you do? Just put lots of veg and stock together or is it a tad more complicated?

That cross trainer is a bargain isnt it! It was £400! .

I have an air walker I got before Christmas for £70 from studio but its still in its box and needs setting up. I may ask DH later when he gets in from work to help me set it up!
