There is certainly lots more success to be enjoyed, so stay and weigh, there is always someone on hand for support or to give a kick up the backside as needed Grin We are good at motivating one another that's for sure!

come on you can do it - we have all gained over the months/years here

hell i put on 10/11lbs in a week after my holiday

otherwise you are just cheating yourself :(

piste im kinda doing it with you/bebe but still really not in the zone - think till i find a job and start to kick arse i wont be in the diet mode :(

but i am going to the gym and i will shred

Blondes, we did say September 1st. Sadly discovered the gym would cost me £75 to join, so am ordering Shred instead to start ASAP. Have the weights already, and my stepper.

I'm not weighing in. I dont want to spend the next 2-3 weeks counting pounds. I want to try and readjust completely and I will be able to tell by my clothes for the first wee while. Once I am feeling better i will weigh in.

Oh, and I have the start of tonsilitis. Fab.

Welcome back Ghost!! I can tell you it is £6 well spent, it will pummel us into shape.

I must say I agree with Bebe, it was the 5th, but I've managed to get it in. Don't know about tomorrow, but will do again Saturday.

Pretty remind me how far you run after doing the shred. I may join you!

My Shred is still smiling at me from within the cellophane!! :o I will do it Monday, and weather permitting will be walking up the bloody great big hill & back again twice (preschool starts...whoop!!)

Ghost - don't worry you are completely incognito with us In fact, I'm not even sure you are here....who said that?!!? What was that?!?!? Anyone else feel that?!!? Wink :o

I have been ever so good today! (To make up for the cake that Piste made me eat at M&S yesterday)

L - Small sushi pack (half way round our 3 hour hike up hills and stuff) and a handful of grapes
Snack - Nairns Ginger biscuit
D - Vegetable soup & 1 slice of wholemeal toast! And an apple!

Okayyyy - not as bad as I thought it might be and certainly a lot better than it was when I had a sneaky peak on Tuesday..

My Yankee damage is + 4 which is astonishing considering all the Sam Adams Boston lager knocked back and all the rich and fattening meals we ate. But I'm also pleased because I am under 11 stone at the end of the school holidays which was my main target.

I'm back to work on Monday and then as far as food goes, my life will be a whole lot easier!! I am also easing myself into the low carb thing again, I've been very good since getting of my plane, although last night we were out for dinner with friends and I couldn't do it then, but I am certainly back on it properly now. I am not looking forward to that ketosis feeling though!

Looking at myself on the list I know have a full stone to go to reach target. Easy..

I am moderately achey, my pectoral muscles especially so. I used light weights (about same as a tin of beans).

I shredded this morning couldn't fit it in yesterday, little woofa thought I was playing a new game with her and kept on trying to get under me whilst I was doing the press-upsConfused, big woofa has a thing about licking the sweat off my face when I am laying on the floor eeewwwww.

Pretty can I ask you how do you do the shred? do you do 10 days of l1, followed by 10 days of l2 and so on, or do you do l1 one day followed by l2 next day and so on?

Piste, I would like to join your couch to 5K thread, and am looking at doing a 10K race in January. Will post to say hello later.

Not looking forward to doing shred again today with the lack of privacy from dh, who is a pain, laughs and takes photos while I am doing it. He's worse than dc Hmm

I have a goal to lose 1 stone 13lb by xmas, then buy myself some new clothes in the Jan sales.

Do - we are all starting the Shred on there too on Monday or thereabouts, they are all very jolly and supportive, I'm sure you will like it, but you will need to move towards wearing purple nail varnish - because we are all addicts!!

My shred is still.not here, was hoping to get it before Monday. Am poorly sick, fifteen hours sleep last night and still tired and ill. Won't poo for a week after the amount of codiene I have popped either!!
