There is certainly lots more success to be enjoyed, so stay and weigh, there is always someone on hand for support or to give a kick up the backside as needed Grin We are good at motivating one another that's for sure!

It's a bloody miracle! I lost 1lb!! I was SO good last week that it must have paid off, plus I made sure I didn't go overboard at the weekend, but didn't deny myself cake or chips!! :o

piste I have not been running for ages, but would like to Blush dh is coming home early tonight so I could go. Everytime I have the opportunity I can't find the motivation, but it burns heaps of calories so I could win that competition!

Didn't weigh in on Friday - was taking the car over for its MOT and then seeing my mum, so didn't get round to it. Have weighed myself today and have STS, which I am actually pleased about, having got home to where I can nibble and have tried to retain some holiday spirit by enjoying a sherry in the early evening (need to get some gin!).

I will have lost by this Friday though - have even started doing the Shred again 'cos Piste nagged me to help get back into the "Zone" :)

You need to lose a stone if your goal is 10 stone
I need to lose a bit less to get to 9:13, and I am 10.11, so 12 lbs for me.

Bebe - you will have an early advantage because I am off Stateside on Monday, but I will certainly give you a run for your money, and I still aim to win!!

Bebe If we make ours a Getting to Goal competition then Blondes can be in too if she wants.... She has the same amount to lose to get to goal. She'd have 13, you 14, me 12 but I have the handicap of going to the USA. We can be the three musketeers. Again.

I am very tired today, woke up suddenly and dh was snoring very loudly and couldn't get to sleep again. It's days like this I'm tempted to snack but have plenty of carrots and cucumber in the fridge... stand aside smalline and pretty!

Ended up sharing two bottles of wine amongst 3 of us last night. Blush

Plus made (and ate) plum (from last year's crop) crumble with ice cream and then had cheese and oatcakes.

Will have to do the Shred and go for a run today! :)

I had the same problem myself early this morning Trimmer, I ended up sleeping in DS's double bedGrin.

I may go out and do a run too - although as today is supposed to be last decent day this week and I've promised to take ds and his friend (who're at rugby camp together this morning) swimming this afternoon, I may go and do some work in the garden instead.
