Am soooo tired today, going to skive off biking again, after all am so far behind one more day off won't make much difference Blush so after last week's magnificent exersazzing I have swum 36 lengths and cycled 13 miles this week - rubbish Blush oh well, try again next week...

Friday - 35 mins running with DD1 on bike
Sunday - 5.5k run, 5 mins powerplate
Monday - Mini triathlon (2.5k run, 10k bike, 400m swim) & 1hr pilates
Tuesday - Walked 2.5 miles
Wednesday - 15k bike, 5 mins powerplate
Today - Nowt Grin. Was going to tennis but DD1 jumped on my back and i am in agony Hmm

Fjorn - whips will a crack next week. Oh, and can you try and do something at the weekend and/or eat better at the weekend? I find if i do this then i am more motivated for the rest of the week

Am claiming evens this week as scales were wobbling between evens and +0.75, need some goodish news to keep me on track this week Blush

Been swimming already though so that's a good start. 40 lengths in 35 minutes. Am knackered now but need to keep from yawning as we are surrounded by v big bods today at work Shock

Gah. feel crap as my back is SO sore after DD1 jumped on it Sad. I am hoping it is just bruised as it is sore rather than painful. Managed 10 lengths today but didn't want to push it. I am in London Tues/Weds so no exercise so I hope by Thurs things will be feeling better. I am trying to rein in the calories in side to balance the no exercise.

I am not very good at that Blush

Big day of exercise here...

21km on my machine in 26 minutes
45 minute leg bums and tums
1 hour 1-2-1 pilates
10 lengths of pool.....

I have done a paltry 10 miles and no sign of catching up so rather than just give up I am revising my target Blush have done 123 with 9 days to go so will aim for 220. 123/220

Gah, no exercise, loads of food and drink. Was already 3lbs up on Friday yesterday morning. Gah!!!!!!

On the upside my back is feeling much better so hopefully i will be able to get back into the groove soon.
