Due to my iphone been broke i lasted 1 minute on my machine Blush.. went to a 45 minute spinning class instead..OH MY GOD it was soooo hard!!!

Another 10, 90/300 so have biked 69 miles, swum 36 lengths and done a reasonable amount of walking. 6x exersazz in total Smile Scales not really moving any more but am hopefully setting things up for some actual loss next week

No, i have been at tennis . Well actually just standing there, whacking balls with zero running around, but i reckon the fresh air must help, right?

Walked 5 miles on 2 preschool runs

So this week i have limped in with:

2.5k run, 10 min powerplate, 20 length swim
5.5k run, 10k bike
5 mile walk

Oh, and in London i do lots of running up and down escalators and always get off the tube one stop early and walk. Sadly to eliminate last nights food and drink i think i would have needed to have walked from home.....

I promise to do better next week. Honest Guv Grin

-1 on last week, but I had been out for a massive meal last week before weigh in. 10.7, so on my upper limit.

LOL, no it was the absence of a 7 course meal with a vat of wine i think Grin

Yesterday i ran up and down with DD1 on her bike (35 mins) and then walked 1.25 miles to the Salsa evening. Not much salsa though other than the eating variety Blush

Well done on cleaning (and wine Wink). I am deciding whether to have a glass, but I have step circuits at 9.30

Well i went a leetle bit crazy today and redid the triathlon. Sadly the results were not so good - less fit i think and also not having people next to me I was competing against.

Last time:
2.5k run:11.36
10k bike:14.35
400m (16 length) swim:7.43

This time:
2.5k run:11.47
10k bike:14.55
400m (16 length) swim:8.00 ish (may have been a bit quicker but didn't check the seconds Hmm)

So, not too shabby, but i did think i could beat it when i started

Can't decide on whether to go to pilates or not yet.

Sorry to hear hips are fecked Bibi, are you sure it was not trying some elaborate dance moves which did it? Wink

Enjoy zumba Loit. If it's anything like Salsa you are a better woman than me Grin

I have bowed out of Zumba...dd1 was off poorly today, so I took dd2 swimming and managed 20 lengths whilst dd1 sat on the side but ended up coming in...they drove me crackers today so as soon as dh got home home went back to the gym and did a quick 25km on my machine in 31mins

Must confess to having a Wine tonight tho Blush

Day 2 back on the shakes and got my period this morning too so an exceptionally tired/angry at the world Blush I hate this first few days of the programme but it's my own fault for hopping on and off.

Well done on the walk AAS and for pilates yesterday after your mammouth earlier exercise Grin..

Went on MY machine today Grin..iphone not ready yet and had to listen to rubbish music so a little slower 50km in 1hr and 5 minutes and 30 sit ups

Sorry I have been awol but we didn't stop for three days, cleaning, tidying, painting, sawing etc etc, then yesterday just lolled around having a rest after all the exertions. So no proper exersazz but must have burned loads of calories anyway.

The unfortunate side effect is that I am 50 miles behind on my challenge now but planning to catch up one or two tonight...

15k on the bike today as I couldn't face circuits. I did do hill climbs though so a good workout for the legs. My arms are however needing a shred or circuits soon......

Get on thee bike fjorn, you can make up the deficit.
