Well at moment he is housebound due to an injury with a golf club/ball and his leg - so have offered to drive down towards his way so he can stagger out for a drink. Am hoping he is mobile by then, if not we may have to rearrange. But I am only going to rearrange with another date, am worth more than being put off!!

and Piste, have found the aerial. It is behind the TV in the front room. Which is too heavy to move. Looks like I will be staying up downstairs for it. but have worken up a bit now (after naughty cocopops and toasted hot cross buns. darn this eating, think its PMS)

went to pot yesterday too much snacking.

Today I have a plan: breakfast toast and boiled egg (5)
free fruit, lunch: 4 ryvitas, boiled egg (again!), prawns, low fat mayo and salad.
fruit while ds and I watch dd swimming.
tea: salad, quorn slice small portion of oven chips.
more fruit in the evening.

Estate agents want us to drop price of our house, dh won't hear of it but I think in today's market it may be a good idea Also have to hold fire on survey for other house till we have another buyer. Knowing estate agents, they will probably let other people look at it now, but I don't think they are exactly flush with buyers

smokin I was naughty with hot cross bun yesterday but didn't have butter on it. And good you have date and yes you are worth more than anything less than a proper date

HCBs are low in satutrated fat & therefore a diet food!!! :o

I was ok until I had a brownie after dinner...but only one, and had been v good all day yesterday.

B - Grapefruit juice, lf yoghurt & lf cereal bar thingy
L - Cous-cous, chicken & an apple
D - Bean soup & a roll and a banana (maybe another yoghurt if I'm peckish)

I MUST stick to this, I need to get rid of these last few lbs before the wedding in June!!!

having salmon, spinach and veg for lunch for 6pp so having pizza will be within my 29

I am awaiting an ice cream van with the kids. Therefore cant cook dinner as it will spoil if he finally turns up (snow and rain he's here, clear day and he's pissing not!!) and am starrrrrrrrrrrrrrrving. Have munched 2 bags of WW crisps, and trying to not snack anymore. Will do pasta for tea I think.
