I have updated the list below to show my -5lbs, but it doesn't really seem real iykwim? Although it has been hard work in parts for sure. However, it feels like pretend weight loss.
Funnily enough I saw a photo taken of me on Tuesday (from the front) and for the first time I didn't look at it and think bloody hell what a big fat blimp. If it had been of my rear end I almost certainly would have done
I'm happy to continue with the low carbing, everyone says it gets better after the first week. Fingers crossed they are right!!! Four more pounds weight loss and I will have lost 3 stone in total. I'm never going to go back to being big.
