Took the boys to Pizza Hut today - was fairly good and had the pasta arribiata (sp) with prawns - though did smuggle some of their wedges. Means a salad like tea too, which is good.

Feeling a bit better - positive about tomorrow.

I was getting Really fed up of just hovering around 11.8. When I trawled through some of our old threads I realised how long it's been. I was 11.8 almost this time, maybe June last year. And I go up a bit then I come down a bit. But I've not been lower that 11.7 at all. And it's getting on my tits. Well you've seen those now so know it's not a good look. And even if I try really hard I don't get anywhere and I'm running too.

Sigh.

So I thought I'd try low carbing to see if I can kick start myself into losing again. Then i persuaded bebe to come too and pretty is doing a less brutal version. I'm not sure how it will be

So no pasta, bread, rice, crisps etc etc.
But yes to fruit like bananas, yes to veg (not potatoes.)

(I'm not really eating MM!)
But I fancy them now Blush

Had a hideous night. Feel awful. Need to ring dentist for emergency appt, but only time this week MIL can look after DD is thurs pm & not sure I can wait til then!

Laughalot I'm the same, even if I was 9 and a half stone I'd still be a D cup.

So what did you low carb slinkies have for breakfast?

I will join you in a reduced capacity, I am cutting out bread, protein definitely fills you up so decreasing carbs but not cutting them out and increasing protein is the basis of ww pp I think.

I can't help noticing the people who were on our thread earlier doing low carb disappeared fairly early on, but I think I mentioned before people seem to rate that India & Nerys book.

Bebe - what's happened? Sorry to hear you're poorly.

I HAVE to focus, just read an article about midriff flab being dangerous and that's where I have put on mine.

Just had boiled egg and 1 last slice of toast, lunch will be 1oz of pasta, large helping of tuna and salad, tea will be quorn stir fry, and fruit in between.

Have lost part of my tooth (that dentist filled a few months back) it's not painful but is SO annoying & really sharp! First appt I could get was Thursday am! So DH will have to stay at home to look after DD. Was either have that appt or wait 2 WEEKS!! Shock At least it gives me a couple of days to stop coughing!

My meal plan today is:
Breakfast - Half red grapefruit
Lunch - Tuna & hard boiled egg with salad & balsamic vinegar
Dinner - Celery soup & yoghurt

Having to be careful about what I eat coz of tooth. Will snack on fruit if peckish! :)

Have just done the Shred :) and had a healthy breakfast of scrambled eggs (made with fresh eggs from next door). Will leave it until Friday before weighing in to be get back into sync.

Some cold griddled turkey with lunch, with asparagus freshly cut from garden, maybe dipped into a soft boiled egg (kept two back for that purpose ;))

Haven't decided what we'll have for supper yet. I'll maybe get some king prawns out of the freezer.

Blondes: I'll flash you too, if that is what is helping cheer you up. :)

How strict is this strict low carbing that you're all doing? I tend to graviatate towards low cards anyway - just instinct for what works for me, I think - but do you have to cut them out completely? As in, fruit and all?

I'll be interested to see if it really is a miracle-worker but probably don't have the discipline.

Today, on the plus side: the easter eggs are all gone. On the minus side: I think we all know where they went. Blush Hmm
