well it does taste of sperm salt

'heaves'

RatherBeOnThePiste · 14/04/2011 17:48

I don't tend to eat it myself, but I know of children who have had a penchant for dough scoffing Hmm

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 14/04/2011 18:05

never understood it myself either Grin

either sperm or salt dough

bebejones · 14/04/2011 18:38

Not sure how much she ate, but was gross cleaning her up...scraped it off her teeth! YUK! No idea where that came from, thought we were 'over' the Playdough munching phase!

Can't really get another CC, could get it done a kitchen interest free credit but would need a deposit (which we don't have) and also to pay someone to fit it. It also needs some plaster hacking off & drying & reskimming. Just totally fed up with the whole thing!

bebejones · 14/04/2011 18:40

Ooops, train of thought went squiffy!

"could get it done a kitchen interest free credit" should be:

could get a kitchen interest free credit

Blush
JaneS · 14/04/2011 19:56

Oh dear, I used to eat playdough, that's telling isn't it?!

Sorry to hear you're having so much stress bebe. Sad
At least you can be secure in the knowledge that if those people ever get their own place, they will almost certainly fuck it up and know what it's like to lose money.

Today I have been less than good and eaten a huge bowl of fried aubergine and veg with sausage ... it was good, but I feel like a right pig now and am knackered ... need some donated energy to push me towards the swimming pool.

JaneS · 14/04/2011 19:57

.... just re-read my post. I used to eat playdough when I was little, not, you know, last week. Though it would explain a lot if I had, I expect.

Blondes - just look how close you are to breaking the 10/11 stone barrier!! That must spur you on??!! I seem to have been stuck around the 11.8 ish barrier for ages. But you are so close!

Help!! Sorry guys to just jump in, does anybody know how to remove a thread? I started one but shouldn't have, I clicked on report this post and e-mailed mnhq. Is there something else I should have done?

Blondes, 1lb isn't bad, will be gone soon, you are doing brilliantly Smile

Piste well done on sts.

RatherBeOnThePiste · 15/04/2011 13:40

I think that is it - I jsut had a look at FAQ and there is only info about removing a post. Hope fully you will get a response. Do you want to do a link and I'll report it too? Maybe if more than one person reports something it is flagged up qiuicker? PM me if you want me to do this...

OP posts:
GettinTrimmer · 15/04/2011 14:33

Thanks piste, it's gone now, that did the trick. Not supposed to talk about job even in general terms in case media get hold of it.

Sadly I think it's time to trim list, I'll come and do it later, not seen lots of those ladies in months.

Boring afternoon for me cleaning my fridge/floors/etc Hmm but dd gone off to play and friend for ds here so they are having a break from each other.

bebe hope you are OK. Dh used to have tenants when he rented his flat some were a pain.

The house we want is now back on the market, dh still wants to hold out for a higher offer, we had a row last night Sad we may have lost it if someone else offers - I doubt it the way things are though.

Plenty of people want our house, but the offers are getting lower, the latest one £20,000 lower than the others - house prices are dropping.

If by the end of Monday no higher ones we will go for a couple in rented accommodation who've offered just under stanmp duty threshold last week, if indeed they are still offering.

smokinaces · 15/04/2011 17:00

bonjourno.

I am weighing in tomorrow - was out the door at sparrows fart to get the car to the garage, £200 lighter with new exhuast and service and need to get new brake pads and tyres by end of May. Bah. Cars. Good news is the weird sound from the clutch is just a bearing and doesnt need doing - good really as it would cost £400 [gulp]

well done on the sts, and only a lb Blondes!

JaneS · 15/04/2011 17:05

Well, I've been at this for just over a week (not all on here) and I've lost precisely nada. Sad

I've been swimming every night so I'm hoping I can put it down to that. Dunno if what I'm eating is right though - mostly salads with baked chicken or smoked fish for protein, and porridge, and lots of fruit. I had a piece of cake yesterday and a couple of squares of fudge today but that's the only 'treats' I've allowed myself. Do you know how bad salad dressings are? I make my own so I know what goes in (oil, lime, honey and mustard usually), but I've no idea how a tablespoon of dressing would compare to a chunk of cheese or anything like that.

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/04/2011 17:40

I'm very happy with lb gain tbh would have been happy with 5lbs gain lol

Trimmer - don't let the house go - take the offer nearest the stamp duty

Lrd- sorry you havnt lost anything - that sucks :(

SmOkin / ouch at car :( hope nothing else goes wrOng

GettinTrimmer · 15/04/2011 18:28

you and me both weighing in tomorrow smokin, cars are a pain.

sorry you didn't lose LRD. Do you go running at all? I MUST start again when easter's over

Blondes agree with you about house. Sorry for boring everyone!

I put on 2lb. Not surprising - its the left over from the takeout last weekend, and the ice cream with Blondes. That and the fact that AF turned up for the first time in 6-8 weeks this morning and I feel shitty. Explains the eating a lot the last few days too. (I suffer from v. heavy ones so tend to eat a lot in the days before, like my body is storing up for the loss)

Back on it this week for sure. If I can do anything with these bloody stomach cramps.

JaneS · 16/04/2011 11:25

Morning everyone.

Grin

trimmer - running?! Oh god no ... round here they're all sexy little things with swishy ponytails and I'd be going red and breathing like a dying horse, it terrifies me. Is running particularly better for weight loss than anything else?

GettinTrimmer · 16/04/2011 20:33

LRD I just mentioned it because running burns calories at an amazing rate! Although walking around for a couple of hours with a heavy bag on your shoulder does as well - I'm working as a census collector and will be able to tell tomorrow if I've sts or even lost something....

smokin sorry about gain, but will soon be gone.

Was the booze in Sussex Blondes?
