Ok so I'm now desperate to lose 2 stone. Starting to feel motivated so have bought Holford's GL diet book (just started reading). Makes a lot of sense. I'm also going to start running with the couch - 5km on Bupa website. Going to start getting into motivated mode over the weekend...with 1st run Saturday morning! Buying a set of scales this afternoon, but think I'm about 11 stone at 5ft4. Going to do this slowly though, so only looking at 1lb a week weightloss, an extra 1lb here and there would be an excellent bonus 
Would anyone care to join me for motivation/to keep me on the straight and narrow?! Also to share any tasty recipes/food/snack ideas etc!
