Oh sazm, I'm so glad I have as many cals as I do - the only bonus of being way too overweight!

Sazm, I know how frustrating it is not being able to excercise because of an injury, I have really shitty knees that keep on getting in the way of my excercise - it's so disheartening isn't it? Hoping that as I loose weight and strengthen them they'll improve though. Really hope you back gets better soon, it sounds horrible!
Gosh Flo, 1000 is a lot! Don't mean to sound like a Doctor or anything but maybe you should try eating more, your target cals are already way below the standard guidlines. It's not really maintainable to eat so little and as soon as you start eating more you'll put weight back on and then feel crap about yourself. Hope you don't mind me saying! 
I really need to eat more fish, any chance of sharing the recipies?
Also, a FF related question, does anyone know what to put sit ups, lunges and squats with weights etc as on the excercise log? I put them down as 'Health club, general' (I think that's what it said) yesterday, not sure if that's right.
