Up 3, not too bad. Have done 5 mins of ice-raking on the road outside so I can be brave and drive to the supermarket in a bit, not a patch on your snow-clearing exercise earlier in the year though crispy

Good to see you back on a Monday ursula Smile I agree, lots and lots of water (and paracetamol for me Blush)

paracemtol for me too but alas for my back Sad.. not sure what i have done but it is sooo sore and stiff... so i fear no exercise for me today Hmm.. will drink lots of water tho and try and be extra good on the old food front HmmGrin

I have swum 32 lengths, but was too cold to go back out in the freezing cold to pilates Brrrrrr. I will shred tomorrow as i have to sort my arms out before wearing my asymmetric dress in......oooohhh....17 days. Eek

Evening all

A nice walk with DD2 in the sling today not much apart from a biscuit and a slice of toast during the day but a great big bowl of lentil and bacon soup for dinner.

Trying to formulate a gym/exercise plan for when the creche is on at the gym.

I've done 1.25 miles, half of that pushing pushchair on its back wheels only as pavements so bumpy so upper arms have had a bit of a workout Grin

Did another 12 on the bike last night but slightly undone by cereal supper. Been good so far today and using lots of calories just trying to maintain a correct body temperature failing where my feet are concerned)

bbbb don't go too silly avoiding food or you'll end up gorging in the evening i know this from bitter experience

trying to be really good on the food front to combat lack of exercise but not doing too well on that front either Hmm

Have walked 2.5 miles on school runs plus another mile on our library trip and done 12 miles on my bike. Might even do a few more once DC are in bed but probably not-

Did another 4 miles, hurrah, and am down a smidge on last Friday now Smile

So far have come to work on the train and trudged to the station and across Leeds in my wellies which must have burned a few more calories, slightly offset by the cappucino to go. Got v healthy salad for lunch and some clementines so hopefully will be a good day.

Hope the weather doesn't scupper anyone's plans for fun / exercise.

I have run 5k, 5 mins powerplate and done 20 mins or so snow sweeping, plus i might add a swimming lesson with DD2, in the pool with both DD's launching themselves in and then wrestling both and a trolley round sainsbo's!

crispy sounds like a good mix of exercise!

I trudged back across town through the snow, ran around in the garden having a snowball fight with the DC, raked the entire lawn twice in a vain effort to find the camera I seem to have dropped in the snow Sad thank god it's waterproof so should be OK if we can find it if when the snow eventually melts, and finished off with 13 miles on the bike. Am ready for a cuppa now Grin

Oh, and was in sainsbo's on my way home, feeling v hungry and really fancying a pastry of some kind, but resisted and had an apple instead Shock

Well done on the pastry serve fjor I must confess to eating a cinnamon swirl yesterday Blush it was yummy tho!

Done 20km so that's 4 completed this week phew.. Not very hopeful for tom weigh in as have raging pmt and eating everything in sight today Blush

Done 4 exersazz, but weigh in this morning was pretty piss poor, reversing all last weeks loss . I was pretty crap at the weekend though and last week i had no real dinner on Thurs eve so i suppose i should have expected it Blush
