Foundayo starters August 2026

I am expecting a delivery of Foundayo tomorrow. Is there anyone else out there?

Finally back from my 5 week trip, taking 2.5mg Foundayo daily. Apart from my bonkers luggage scale incident (see upthread), I haven’t weighed in during that period (it’s usually twice daily on weekdays - so that’s been weird).

Anyway. The news is finally in… + 3 pounds in 5 weeks, so still well within maintenance.

I haven't really watched my food during that time, but I didn’t really need to as I never really felt hunger pangs, nor did I succumb to over-eating (I refused course 8 of 9 during a Malaysian street food tour !). I also drank plenty of booze when it was called for. Towards the end, I got a real craving for salads and fresh veg, which will be easy to sort now I’m home.

Maybe I’m just lucky. But this trip (and all its consequent changes to food intake and routine) has convinced me that FD can be the maintenance drug of choice, going forwards.

I’m halfway through the 2.5mg pack and no further weight loss at all, no appetite suppression or side effects. My next (higher) dose should be with me by the weekend. Hoping to see a different with that. Still calorie counting and working out.
