Reordered a pen today, I was a bit anxious as I wanted to order 5mg after going back down to 2.5mg (decided to maintain at 2.5 instead of 1.25 as it’s only an extra £10 a month with microdosing the pen) I wasn’t sure if I was going to get pulled up for it especially as BMI is quite low now, but it was approved.

2nd jab (Wev 0.25) today. I lost 1.9kg in the first week, which I'm very happy with - and quite surprised as I didn't feel I'd lost any weight, but both the scales and my measurements indicate I have.

For those of you worried about muscle loss, you might want to consider some smart scales. I've got Garmin scales and they show muscle mass and body fat so I can check I'm losing fat rather than muscle.

Was that with SwiftDr? Do you mind me asking what your BMI is? Mine is 20 now. I’m still on 2mg with weight slowing plateauing (which is what I want) and was thinking about ordering 5mg pen next time and taking 2mg from that.

So 13 weeks in on MJ first 10 weeks on 2.5mg but recently upped it to 3.75mg as I really plateaued.

SW- 72.4kg
CW-62kg

so now I weigh just over 9.5 stone!!! Not been this weight since my early 20’s. It’s my daughter’s wedding this Saturday and I am thrilled that I’m going in looking the best I have done in years.

Divorced from her Dad who has remarried and no plus 1 so feeling and looking good was a big thing for me!

Beyond the weight loss I have felt so good, Peri symptoms massively reduced and my skin is glowing. I suffered from stress alopecia last year due to an acute health condition and luckily my hair did grow back and it’s looking healthier than ever so concerns about MJ causing hair loss haven’t applied to me.

i’m amazed at how it has positively impacted me!

I've got some Renpho scales that anaylse and they're showing fat% going down and muscle % going up which is good. My muscle won't be literally increasing as I'm currently injured so eased off on strength work, but I'm keeping the creatine up, so am probably maintaining and burning the fat as desired.

Weighed in at a very pleasing 63.25 this morning- BMI 25.7 from being typically around 26.8 (but more when I was approved). I haven't been down at the 25s since December when Christmas and a totally different injury had their influence, and I just couldn't seem to make headway into reversing that by diet so far this year.

I'm staying at 2.5 for my next pen order. It's working well and I can feel occasional mild queasiness. Also my sleep data has changed pattern so I don't want to over-do it and stress my body too hard. My resting heart rate is up from 48 to 53 so not concerning, but there is an effect there. Also I'd hate to re-live the kind of consuming nausea that I had years ago in early pregnancy when I ended up losing weight rapidly as I felt too ill to eat.

It's nice to go into the summer holidays not feeling that gains are inevitable.
