We have all been on for heading up to 20mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health
most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it

And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did
Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots

I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.
To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely - and we are finding it def harder to keep weight off with lower doses

only 2 words to say 😂😂

When I come to reorder ill look at the price. It's just the faff of doing the pics and possible video call I dont like. Not had to do that yet with pharmalous.
Ive got lots of time though so ill worry later I think..

Still in my goal range, 10.9 today.. whoop!! .

NippyNinjaCrab · 08/05/2026 21:42

I will shop around if I want a next one. O are doing 15 quid off but still expensive when delivery is added on.

Azuresky68 · 09/05/2026 18:35

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/05/2026 16:23

Pharmoulous is 145 for 2.5 and 165 for 5

so you can get a 5 via P for the same price as a 2 .5 via O

Must order asap. Are there any codes about @Blondeshavemorefun

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/05/2026 19:15

Sorry I don’t think so

Sorry I don’t think so

I couldn't find any codes. £244.98 for 10 pen ...going to reduce dosage after any holiday weight gains are dealt with. No more holidays until after my surgery...awaiting a date for that.

Timetofindme · 11/05/2026 07:54

Ive got a referral code for numan that gets you £100 off if you've not purchased from them before. Think it makes a 10mg pen £209 - also gets me £100 off so pm if you'd like me to share!

Timetofindme · 11/05/2026 07:58

Im still here plodding along. Had a few weeks of losses and slowed again but also been that time of the month combined with lots of stress at work. Definitely not been drinking enough water so focusing on that the next few days and hoping for another whoosh!

Really struggling to get my head round being in smaller sizes. Pulling things out my wardrobe that I was waiting to 'be smaller' to wear, and they're too big (selling on vinted) but my brain seems to be struggling to work out how they're too big. Its very weird. I'm literally waiting til things are falling down (like PJ bottoms) before I can bring myself to get rid!

Have got some beautiful new dresses from vinted recently, just again baffled that the smaller size fits me!

morbidcuriosity · 11/05/2026 09:11

Im still so shocked at my clothes sizes. Was in a shop yesterday with a friend, she is short and normal size, healthy bmi etc. And we both wear the same size. In my head im sometimes still xxl when with others. Doesn't help being taller, but I still feel big but I know im not.
Maybe its what they say about your brain takes longer to catch up with the reality. N

Blondeshavemorefun · 11/05/2026 17:53

Damn it. Wrote a long post and went poof

basically saying they I don’t think our brains catch up with our bodies

I look in the mirror and think I’m still overweight

I know I’m not as bmi is 22/23 and I’m size 12-10 in some dresses

but

then some of you are size 6/8 so I’m def bigger then you are

so at a 20 or even 22 as xxxl is sometimes shown I was huge !

Catching up with the thread. On holiday and eating too many pastries, and too much wine. Ah well, back to normal routines in June.

@Blondeshavemorefun I think you look fabulous in that dress.

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/05/2026 10:54

sorry dodnt see your reply @20bloodypounds. Thanks and have a nice holiday

bad news. I’m over my ballpark ffs. Only by 1 lb but still not good.

I admit i may have not been quite so good and eaten a few more treats but also have been good and eaten a lot of chicken salad and new pots

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 15/05/2026 14:40

What is your ballpark again @Blondeshavemorefun ? If I remember you only gave your self a range of a few lb? . Did you change it to 7lb in the end.. a few people i know , myself included have 7lb.
Me? 10.7 to 11 stone. My friend says the same but 9.7 to 10 stone. For example? .

It might help maybe?

Azuresky68 · 15/05/2026 17:54

@Blondeshavemorefun a pound is nothing to worry about but it's good to keep a tight rein on things. I haven't weighed after 2 weeks holiday and I know some people think that's bad but we are all different. Trying very hard to reduce my time on social media but not been good last couple of days. If I don't post for a while that's why..I am not deserting the group!
I am sure that pound will diappear by next week @Blondeshavemorefun..have a great weekend everyone 😀

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/05/2026 18:14

its 3lbs. 7 is too much for mE. That’s half a stone and as I’ve lost weight before years ago and was nah it’s only 7lbs. Then before k knew it. It was a stone gain

10.4 (7st loss) to 10.7 and I’m now 10.8

so I know I need to rein it in as don’t want to be in high 10 st
