We have all been on for heading up to 17mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.

To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

Well done for maintainsing @morbidcuriosity. It’s a hard thing

12inch off is amazing !

@NippyNinjaCrab give your self 3mths so end of April and hopefully be off agaib

that’s a lb a week

10.10 and size 12 sounds normal to me

ignore the wanker (sorry) prob jealous that you lost the weight

I get told all the time I’m too slim

10.4 and 10/12 an bmi and 22.6 going to 23 if 10.7

yes I think thy are used to seeing us much bigger

so used to seeing us looking bigger /wider

so when lose weight and a 12 instead of a 20 we look skinny

it’s not it im a 6/8 which I think is slim

your poor friend @NippyNinjaCrab

get a pen for 2mths if it gives you the boost

Weighed in this morning. I’ve accidentally lost a pound. I’m reminding myself of my plan for my target to be the middle of my weight window. I can lose six more pounds before I will take aversive action. I’m going to track and make sure I’m eating a bit more but not panic. I want to gain muscle not fat so trying to be mindful to increase protein over treats 🤣

morbidcuriosity · 29/01/2026 17:08

The people who went with pharmalous did you have to do a video call yet? I've just had my 2nd 10mg pen with them, told the I'm maintence and they seem happy to send. I had to send a full pic to start with but thats all. Just wondering if they do video calls and I've luckily been forgotten or will it happen???

Blondeshavemorefun · 29/01/2026 19:12

I did one months ago when First registered with them but haven’t since

they said they wanted one but I placed order and they accepted it

There was so much fuss last year about oushk and them not doing enough diligence but so many companies seem to do less. On another thread someone said they’d been with ten suppliers and only ever needed photos and that they knew every trick. Or that’s how I understood it. It’s so interesting how many have different requirements.

Wingingit11 · 29/01/2026 20:57

@NippyNinjaCrab ive hopped back to board having been off jabs for ages as im completely
put of control and gained a stone !!! I was with oushk but might jump to pharmulous reading around - either way I’ll have to start on 2.5 and pharmulous is cheaper. But does anyone know any perks of oushk that might be relevant?

FurForksSake · 29/01/2026 21:01

pay day sale with oushk so they are giving £18 off I think. Might make it a tad cheaper.

NippyNinjaCrab · 29/01/2026 21:03

@Wingingit11 I am dreading weighing tomorrow morning tbh. A stone is a lot in clothes isnt it? I was at 12lbs over goal last Friday. Fucking annoyed and despondent. Solidarity friend 🧡
Xx

Azuresky68 · 29/01/2026 21:05

@NippyNinjaCrab is your DH overweight? Sorry if that's too personal a question. Maybe he is jealous or insecure about your new look. Like Blondes said.. ignore his comments and be how you want to be 😊

Blondeshavemorefun · 29/01/2026 21:07

Welcome back @Wingingit11. Sorry for the gain but well done for taking control again

@NippyNinjaCrab I’m sure if you have been good this week a lb would have come off tomorrow

again you are taking control. Well done

Anyone tried Swift?

Wingingit11 · 29/01/2026 21:24

I’m not going to beat myself as not been able to give the relative indulgence of diet focus with some other (big) shit going on. But now I’ve got it in me to half think about it, I know this is kind of a cross roads that I’ll just feel shit and eat myself into another stone and another etc if I don’t catch now. Wondering how 2.5 will take effect though …. 15 was sweet spot 🫣

FurForksSake · 29/01/2026 21:30

@Wingingit11 but now you are smaller maybe a lesser dose will be more effective? I’m sorry things have been so tough. Don’t feel bad for sure, just get back on it and turn it around like you know you can.

Wingingit11 · 29/01/2026 21:41

I think from memory 2.5 was my biggest weight drop I just chased higher doses fast! Will really want to stick down if I can this time. Hoping I don’t get side effects when start

Morning, I am back at 11st 13lbs, I've not had a poo in 2 days but I know I am not really trying. Portions and choices are still not what they should be. I admit I am struggling with a lot of things at the moment and not focused. X

FurForksSake · 30/01/2026 08:48

@NippyNinjaCrab how can we help? Is there one thing you can do today (aside from a bottle of laxatives) that could help get things back on track?

Blondeshavemorefun · 30/01/2026 08:55

Oh bless you my little Crustian. ((Hugs))

the powder I linked above got me going but also very loud farts 🙀🙀🙀😳😳😳

Sending all the very best everyone..some of us are struggling at the moment but we need to remind ourselves how well we have done. I was going to go down to 5 when I was back to my target of 8st 5 pounds but really stuck at the moment between 8 st 7 and 8 st 8.5. ..it's only 3.5 pounds but I know people here will understand. Today I was 8 st 8.5. Just feel like I will have to control my eating and alcohol consumption for ever.

Blondeshavemorefun · 30/01/2026 08:56

Tho 20/30mls of lactulose is prob quicker an what I was on but got so fed up of the sweetness

Blondeshavemorefun · 30/01/2026 10:26
