We have all been on for heading up to 17mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.

To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

only 2 words to say 😂😂

Well that's it then, final dose taken, my pen is empty. 4 and a bit stone gone, don't want to regain more than the bit. I will keep the 4 stone off, somehow.
Hoping not to have to restart but if things get too hard I will.
But I'm going to try to live without and see what happens.
Being older and short I don't have many calories to play with so need to be strict with myself.
Merry Christmas everyone.

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/12/2025 16:35

Forgot to say. My 10 arrived from pharmolous - didn’t have to do a video. Just a photo in clothes with the date on paper

they seemed fine with a 4mth gap as I had a stockpile

also got £10 off with Dec 10

I went back to Zava (been with them since the beginning) to buy my first pens since stockpiling as they sent me a code for money off. I think that I have enough now to the end of March.

Have spent most of the last 10 days feeling poorly. Definitely not eating properly. Just haven't had the energy to. Trying to perk myself up now!

It's great that this thread is still going strong 😊. What a bunch of losers we are 🤣

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/12/2025 12:00

Sorry been Poorly @Motnight

i got a 10 off pharmoulous after 4mth as just wanted to stick a keg in the door so to speak

So tomorrow is Xmas day. It’s one meal of 21 so enjoy it but don’t go overboard

FurForksSake · 25/12/2025 10:08

Merry Christmas!

hope you all have a lovely day!

I’m just remembering anything I do can be undone. And also really suppressed even though i missed my jab so it’s going to be ok.

FurForksSake · 26/12/2025 10:11

Morning! Weighed in this morning, I’m 3lbs up, I’m hoping that’s mostly from salty food and will be gone again in a week. I haven’t eaten 3lbs extra calories! I’ll jab tonight, that will be an 11 day gap. I need to get down the doses now and jab weekly. I can’t say I’ve massively noticed a change in appetite with the gap.

hope everyone has had joyful and peaceful Christmas times.

Blondeshavemorefun · 26/12/2025 10:57

I’ve weighed as Friday and no gain. Whoop

it’s one meal tho a lot of snacks /yummy stuff was eaten but was nice

Happy Christmas you lovely lot!

We've been away seeing family who have fed us non stop for a week. Not a lot of healthy, light or smaller options on the menu. That probably makes me sound ungrateful for their hospitality, and it's been lovely to spend time with them, but I feel quite ill now and didn't really enjoy my Christmas dinner by the time it came round 😞

It's made me think about how much we frame our celebrations around food. My resolution for next year is to try and find other ways to connect. There must be some!

morbidcuriosity · 26/12/2025 18:40

Happy Christmas you lot..

Nothing exciting from me, maintained my weight which is good. I'm working all week so no family gatherings, no fancy foods, no extra sweets to deny.
Although I did get a mince pie at work which was nice, normally I would have had 10 by now, but 1 was enough.
Hope you all enjoyed your days and no one suffered any bad effects.

Azuresky68 · 27/12/2025 11:43

Merry Twixtmas one and all. So the big day is over and it sounds like people got through it very well. How amazing to be going into 2026 so much lighter than we were last year. I havent been surrounded by temptation at all thank goodness...no pressure of big Christmas dinner, desserts, mince pies, chocolates etc 😊 I won't be weighing myself until 16th January which will be the longest time in years. Not been tempted by sweet stuff. My only downfall has been 🍷🥂🍻🍹but only in moderation. Other half bought a bottle of bubbly 🍾 yesterday for me but it's still in the fridge

FurForksSake · 27/12/2025 12:43

I’ve just realised the small bottle of fizz I put in the garden to cool is still there. I haven’t fancied it.

we’ve been for another walk, we are trying to get a daily walk in as part of my rehab. I didn’t yesterday or Christmas Day, but managed the two days before. It’s just 30ish minutes and maybe 1.5 miles but it’s a start!

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/12/2025 13:23

TMI

Think I ate too much chocolate yesterday. Which wasn’t a lot but today 💩💩💩💩

20bloodypounds · 28/12/2025 10:18

I'm only 1 pound heavier than before Christmas, and I'm pretty confident I can lose that again. It felt good to easily say 'no thanks' to lots of things that would normally tempt me, and to have smaller portions. I was visiting a friend in hospital yestserday, grabbed my favourite M&S sandwich, and only ate one of the sandwiches, didn't want / need the other one and it went in the bin.

We had an early Christmas with dc and dgc and they are all decending on me again tonight. Busy time, but i'm reading all the posts, cheering everyone on, and thanks @Blondeshavemorefun for keeping us all going. Hope you recover soon.

FurForksSake · 28/12/2025 12:43

Well done @20bloodypounds that sounds like a successful festive period!

we managed walks yesterday and today, so that’s a plus. The house feels full of food. Dh is going to slice and freeze the end of the ham for use in pastas and other dishes in the future. I stupidly bought a giant pork pie which has cranberries in so only I like. I’m having a small piece a day and will get rid of it tomorrow.

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/12/2025 19:40

Well done @20bloodypounds

I jabbed today. It should be my last one of December with the whole of January off, but I've already had my current pen open for longer than it should and it still has 2 precious doses in it. At these prices I don't want to waste it, so will have MJ for the first 2 weeks of January, then 4 or 5 weeks off. Then ressume my one month on one month off experiment.

FurForksSake · 29/12/2025 15:21

How is the one month on / off going? Would you recommend?

morbidcuriosity · 29/12/2025 17:41

@20bloodypoundswhat strength pen are you doing alternate months on?
