Your Medicals - anyone been approved yet?

Just checking if anyone's order with them has been approved?

I placed my order on the 15th of August and uploaded all necessary docs a few days later but its still in 'review'.

I have attempted to buy a bundle with them and so have a lot of money stuck and in limbo!

They messaged yesterday to say I can have my pen at the pre shit show price hmmmm, I'll give them another couple of days to see if it's bullshit, then I'm going all in, threaten with gphc, bad review, etc. They have responded to my emails promptly, and yesterday I got the message to say this, I'm 90% sure it's bull shit, but because I have had quite a few pens from them previously I'll give them the benefit. For now. I'll update in the next few days.

I eventually got the you can have it if you pay more email, that was after them supposedly approving my order. Have had the money refunded via the credit card company now, but will be contacting the pharma regulator about them.

I ordered and payed 17 Aug ive sent numerous emails, messages and had no reply , then received a email on Monday to say its awaiting despatch, i wont hold my breath till its in my fridge. I have to wait 30 days to do a charge back from my bank , i raised a complaint and emailed GPHC but they will not do anything.. good luck all

Still no refund here, sent them 3 emails and threatened a chargeback (have to wait another week). I ordered on the 15th, they cancelled the order on the 31st August stating 24 - 48 hours to process, order is still active on my account.

Exactly same experience as all of the comments here. Who is up for being proactive and going to visit the premises in Leicester ? There is an address on their website. I have paid £433 to this terrible company and halve demanded a refund. No joy. Despite repeated emails from me. Shall we report to Trading Standards ? Write to Matt on Watchdog ?

They really are awful and you have paid a lot of money. How did you pay?
You need to do a charge back. I paid by Paypal and opened a dispute which they accepted and Paypal refunded me.

They never responded to one single one of my numerous emails.

I don't know if it will help but today I have submitted a negative online review for Dr Kunal Chawathey who Your Medicals have on their website as their Doctor, at iwantgreatcare.org

I will see if there is anywhere else I can do the same (have just stated facts that he is involved with the online pharmacy your Medicals who have taken payment and not refunded for weeks).

Will also see if I can contact him directly.

The company's sole director is now Mustafa Ahmedali NOORANI
Who is a pharmacist, I will look at reporting him to the pharmacy regulator next and see if there's any way to contact him directly.

Still no refund for me. But been 30 days now so could raise a dispute (even though paid with debit card). Bank have refunded me whilst they follow up so that's a massive relief.

I message them yesterday on FB ( a new page) and they replied saying I needed to pay more, after they had emailed 2 weeks ago to say it's ready for dispatch, now there not replying again ,it’s disgusting how they are getting away with it . Im gonna have to do a charge back .

My first order was received within 2 weeks so wasn't too concerned however since then the waiting time has got longer with each order,I placed my last MJ order before the price increase as advised only to never receive it when finally get through to the automated voice call the increase had to be paid to continue with that order ( this was 4 weeks later) so it gave you the option to switch to wegovy as I didn't want to pay the huge price increase, well this was 4 weeks ago and my order is still awaiting dispatch, I have tried messaging , online chat and calling the help number with no response from any , I did place a 2nd wegovy order due to the wait so they now have my money for 2 orders , this is absolutely disgusting and there is no option to cancel and refund on the order page .Has anyone else had this awful greedy experience.

I would strongly advise raising a dispute with your credit card. This is what ive had to do. I even eventually got an email from Your Medicals saying they have refunded me but I've never received the money, this was over a mo th ago. Im waiting on my bank now for the refund.

Have to admit I just ordered with them but I did choose wegovy to start with, but now seeing all these chats I'm really worried about getting it now it will be my first time using hope they don't not send it because that's am awful thing to do to customers

Your medicals are the most awful company. After a 6 week wait i cancelled my order and im still waiting for a refund 4 weeks later and received a notification they were dispatching my order. Still getting the same shocking emails from them telling me nothing and pacifying me with we have passed to cancellations team.
