Just checking if anyone's order with them has been approved?

I placed my order on the 15th of August and uploaded all necessary docs a few days later but its still in 'review'.

I have attempted to buy a bundle with them and so have a lot of money stuck and in limbo!

So they're not letting you cancel? Previously when I've threatened to cancel and kick up a fuss they've dispatched the next day, but they clearly haven't got the stock now, so are using delaying tactics to hold on to cash, saying approved etc.
Meanwhile they've let people order knowing this still giving out discounts etc
I only ordered on the 21st so later than some of you and they must have known by then they were going to be in trouble and still took money. As a PP, they are still even now taking orders despite glitches in uploading docs, there doesn't seem to be a problem transferring cash though, that seems to work straight away.

I would never have ordered from them had I read the trustpilot reviews. Should have done so as they have a shocking reputation before all of this latest drama.

The fact that their telephone lines are not operational you cannot speak to anybody. Yes two emails cancelling and no reply. Then I opened a Paypal dispute which I will leave open at the moment. Also filled in their online contact us form cancelling. no reply either.

I know I'm ashamed I still ordered off them knowing they were crap, I have always received my order eventually from them, so that's why I thought oh it'll be OK this time, they are taking my money and letting me order so they must have it in stock, when others were saying honestly they were out of stock.

I’ve had an email now from them saying I have 3 options:

  1. change to wegovy
  2. continue with Mounjaro order and pay more as they will have to pay more now for it
  3. cancel my order

I’ll be cancelling as it looks like another order I have placed has finally been approved.

I’ve asked them to cancel my order and started a PayPal resolution to get my money back as they not even replying.

I’ve been offered a refund or go on Wegovy, it’s just as expensive… so I’ve had a good start I’ve lost 6 stone with Mounjaro, now going forward I’ll save my money and carry on doing what I’m doing without the expense

We need to complain to the pharmaceutical regulator about them. They've put out a statement today about concerns about how pharmacies are dealing with the current situation.

Your Medicals are still sending emails offering a discount for Mounjaro, despite the fact they clearly dont have stock, and probably didn't have when they took our orders.

I have bombarded them today, first they sent me generic email about price increase and wegovy, so I bombarded them again and they replied with they are sending out July and early August orders as of now. Blah blah, my question to them was would they honour the order I gave them at that price, no definitive answer from them ffs. Although I have received the 10 % off all weight loss pens e mail today, absolute arse holes.
My guess is that I'll get the e mail that some of you have got when it's been reviewed to swap to wegovy, they can get to fuck, has anyone actually got a refund yet?

I haven’t even got a confirmation that I’ve cancelled let alone a refund.

They have monumentally fucked this.

No, I emailed them again asking when it would be dispatched. I suspect as they were so behind with sending orders in normal running (before the price hike announcement) that now, with the flood of extra orders who knows when (or if) they’ll be sent :(

Thanks @SwitchingUpWLI I can see I have an option to pay the difference if I want to 'keep mounjaro' but I've had absolutely no comms from them. Think I'll pursue a refund, I have heard rumours they are about fold and don't want to lose my money altogether.

Yeah I’m thinking the same, invested way more than I usually would in a 3 pen bundle in the hope that it would help me be able to afford and stay on MJ longer. Requesting a refund and will go through my credit card company as they have failed to ship the goods.

I put my request in through their chat function when I posted and they have already confirmed a refund so not as hard as I thought it might be. Just have to see if the money turns up, I was ready to do a charge back as well.
Annoying though, I have one more pen but not sure what to do after that.

Same, my order approved email was on the 25th, the day after I put in a paypal dispute. I will continue with the dispute unless I actually receive the pen in the next week and am not held hostage to the higher price increase.

No. I ordered on 15th August. Have emailed twice to cancel. Have filled in their online contact us. No communication whatsoever apart from order ready for despatch. But no despatch.

Have now used the chat function as suggested above. Have started a paypal dispute as well. They are just so unprofessional it's unreal. No problem if they cannot fulfil orders, but they just need to communicate this and refund the money that they taken 17 days previously.

This whole debacle really has highlighted some seriously dodgy trading operations. I absolutely get that the price increases were sprung on operators without warning. I realise that many in this market place set up lucrative online supply chains specialising in WLIs and all of this has thrown their business models into disarray. But you cannot take money from customers and then not supply the goods plus not communicate with your customers at all and disengage your phone lines etc etc.

@northernlight20 ,thats encouraging, just messaged them via every avenue again, telling them how unprofessional they're being. I don't think they thought this through, and going forward it will damage their reputation massively, reading the comments about other pharmacies they haven't been the best either, making arbitrary decisions suiting them, but none as bad as this lot.

I bombarded them over the weekend, even messaged them on Facebook. The others have been bad, but they have taken the biscuit. Hope you all get your orders or your money back 🤞🏿
