Your Medicals - anyone been approved yet?

Just checking if anyone's order with them has been approved?

I placed my order on the 15th of August and uploaded all necessary docs a few days later but its still in 'review'.

I have attempted to buy a bundle with them and so have a lot of money stuck and in limbo!

They were bad before this pricing thing, I bought my first pens from them and waited over two weeks for them when the norm was next day for most other pharmacies.
I did go elsewhere eventually, and got a pen next day from pharmacy 4U, I've gone back to them because they offer maintenance, and I placed an order last week. My tactics before were to bombard them with e mails and their excuse was always we are very busy 🙁
I'm not holding out much hope to be honest as I think their business model was to take the orders and buy the stock accordingly, it's the only reason I can think of as to the delays and if they've carried on with that they're going to be in a mess aren't they. I will start with the e mails soon and I'll see. I ordered on a whim knowing what they're like I panicked must've been mad.
I do wonder what they'll do if they've taken folks cash and then it goes on long enough for the price increase, I've heard of another pharmacy telling customers that the price has gone up once they've ordered then charging a fee if they want to cancel, absolute cowboys.

I’m waiting as well for any update from 15th.
They were quick to take the money then nada. Really wish I had read the terrible reviews. They don’t answer the phone or emails.

I will give it a day or two then might try a PayPal dispute.

I posted on the price increase thread, yep am in the same boat. Ordered a bundle 15/8 and been stuck in review since. Emailed them twice and no update just a stock email re delays due to high demand etc 🙁

Tried calling them this morning and the phone lines are off with an automatic message, again just referencing the surge in demand following the price increase announcement

Yes I've tried ringing as well. Not good that they just have an automated message and are not answering the phone at all.

Their reviews are dire. Wish I had read them prior to giving them money.

I emailed them this morning regarding my order placed on the 19th, they replied saying they’ve had unprecedented orders and are working their way through them. I’m going to give them till the end of the week then I will demanding a refund, thankfully I used PayPal. Won’t ever use them again.

In fairness, they did always stump up the goods eventually, but this was before the madness, I must have been mad to order with them again though amidst all this.

I ordered on the 14th and uploaded all the documents immediately and haven't heard anything. Will email and if nothing will do a charge back via Amex. Will also contact the GPHC and highlight they've clearly taken money without having available stock. Probably won't do anything but will make me feel less annoyed! I wish I'd read the reviews first, was distracted by the £50 off!

And their automatic reply says they are sending out July orders this week! No hopes of getting an order from the 14th then.

Yes it was gutting to hear they are only just getting round to shipping July orders, and that was before the Sept price news madness 😟 no idea when they will get round to August orders then (and the mass of orders they must have taken when the news broke).

If only they could just give us an honest answer. Just let us know how much they are behind, even if they are a month or more late with orders at least we’d know where we stand and can make a decision whether to stick it out and wait or cancel and get a refund.

Being out of pocket this much and stuck in limbo is painful

God that's bad, if they're only just sending out orders from July, it will be interesting to see if they stick to the prices paid, I'm tempted to just ask for a refund because I can't see how they will go forward with the orders they have taken, at the prices they have charged, re discounts, I myself got a discount as a returning customer, if they haven't got the stock then they'll be buying it at the new prices no? so how can they honour the orders at the lower prices? Greedy bastards.

I've now sent two emails to them and filled in their cancellation form.
However, have not heard anything back.

I accept that they are busy but their service is shocking and hearing an automated message about fulfilling July orders this week when it is the last week of August is pretty dire.

I’m in the same boat, I’ve requested a refund through your medical and filed a paypal dispute - this says it hopes to resolve before 28th of September. By that point they’ll have had almost £200 of my money for 6 weeks 😩 which means I can’t afford to order from elsewhere 🥺

I'm hoping they just havent updated their automated response and this isn't true!! I'm really clutching now. Really do need them to deliver what i ordered, even if late, especially now that I've seen new prices!

Pester power! I was fed up and spammed their contact channels earlier with the web chat bot, online contact form and email. I must have irritated them into action! 😂

Maybe worth a try bugging them!

I ordered from here on the 17th. Have now chased a couple of times and got the usual stock responses that have already been mentioned on this thread. Also had a text saying 7-10 working days from the point of ordering which I don’t believe for a second. I too got seduced by the £50 off but if I don’t get approved within the next two days I’ll be cancelling. This is ridiculous. Even MedExpress, who have been shocking of late, are doing better than this lot!

Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again!

I applied a couple days ago from your medicals and it won’t let me upload the information that they need ie: ID & photo can anyone suggest what I can do ? , I did manage to speak to someone on chat I was told to try a different browser to upload ( I’ve no idea what that even means ) anyway I started to panick maybe it’s a scam so I emailed them to cancel now the money has been taken From my a bank this evening. I dunno what to do as they don’t answer the phone or reply on chat, has anyone had this kind of issue

I had terrible trouble uploading things that they needed. It wasn't straightforward at all. I kept having to rescan things as jpegs / pdfs etc and was nearly giving up. Eventually I did manage it all but it's their own end that causes the issues.

I started a Paypal dispute with them yesterday and then this morning have received an email saying my prescription has been approved awaiting dispatch notifications.

I will see what happens from here. So far they have had x 2 emails from me cancelling this order and a paypal dispute.

So they're not letting you cancel? Previously when I've threatened to cancel and kick up a fuss they've dispatched the next day, but they clearly haven't got the stock now, so are using delaying tactics to hold on to cash, saying approved etc.
Meanwhile they've let people order knowing this still giving out discounts etc
I only ordered on the 21st so later than some of you and they must have known by then they were going to be in trouble and still took money. As a PP, they are still even now taking orders despite glitches in uploading docs, there doesn't seem to be a problem transferring cash though, that seems to work straight away.

To add, I'm hearing that some people are getting notices of dispatch from other places so it seems there has been distribution, fingers crossed.
