Your Medicals - anyone been approved yet?

Just checking if anyone's order with them has been approved?

I placed my order on the 15th of August and uploaded all necessary docs a few days later but its still in 'review'.

I have attempted to buy a bundle with them and so have a lot of money stuck and in limbo!

Right, just did a charge back through my credit card company following nothing but radio silence from YM and got a full refund through 👍
I had no reply to my cancellation requests (via online form, web bot and email) but thankfully all sorted through the card company. Would recommend this as it seems YM are just ignoring us.

Bit gutted it didn’t work out though as would have been great to have a few pens before the Sept hike.

Has wasted time too as we maybe could have ordered elsewhere and got a pen or two before the increases if we knew YM were cowboys 🫤

Ok so I've just logged on to my account with them and can see that they want more money to process the order for Mounjaro. This is new. There wasn't this option before.

Problem is I just don't trust them now and I have a paypal dispute open. I have just tried to telephone again and just the answer phone message giving an outgoing spiel about price changes etc.

I refuse to pay them any more money as I simply don't trust them. They were offering a £15 off the additional £73 payment they wanted for a 7.5mg pen. But you simply do not operate like this. And even though theoretically the price of a 7.5mg pen is still bang on the new price of what say Medicine Marketplace are now charging (when you take into account what I've already paid them plus this new price difference) I have no compulsion to pay them any more money for utterly dire service when I simply don't know if or when they will despatch this pen.

It's easier now to wait until 5th September when Paypal say they will refund me the money.

What is crazy is if they had contacted me a few days after taking my money on 15th August with a well thought out email explaining their position etc, I may have accepted their stance and paid the price difference. They are a bunch of cowboys.

So I have now had the e mail too, profuse apologies from them, just out of interest I clicked on the choice to switch to wegovy, my bmi is now 24 and it screened me out saying my bmi has to be above 30, so if you want to switch you have to start again, ffs, why offer it? without explaining this, guess I'll be cancelling then.

stay with Mounjaro and pay the price difference

Absolutely NO OPTION TO CANCEL.

Yes, very deliberate omission on their part I suspect. They are trying to distract and put off customers cancelling with ‘offers’ like @Kipperandarthur got and since a poster recommended checking our junk mail folders I found several ‘offer / discount’ emails in there. They are making it hard to cancel as they want our money, very underhand sales tactics.

If you scroll right to the bottom of the email there is an option to cancel, which I've just done, but yes you're right they are underhand and are making it difficult.

To add, was scrolling through facebook last night and was targeted with an ad from them, there was only one comment so had a look, said something like robbing bastards 🤣don't touch with a barge pole. Wondered if it was one of us.

Lol @Ganddiva1 but not me! 🤣 Was tempted to leave a TrustPilot review though, weird the old TP page was taken down (the one that had hundreds of reviews). I didn’t realise a company who are still trading could do this(?) but there is a new one up with 7 (1 star reviews)

I messaged them yesterday after clicking to cancel on the email and having heard nothing. I’ve now had an email confirming the order is cancelled and I’m due a refund. No sign of that yet though.

Can I check if your email confirmation actually mentions a refund? I realised mine doesn't actually say refund, just all about cancelling and how they are sorry to see me go. I have emailed back asking them to confirm a full refund will be processed.

This is what mine says. Email received yesterday. On the website the order still just says cancelled and no money back as yet.

i can’t imagine anyone is going to order from them again after this total fuck up!

Their Web chat is not online today which is worrying.

I paid by debit card and money was taken 18th August. I cancelled last week and had the cancellation confirmation "but you haven't been refunded yet" email today.

First Direct seem to say I can raise a dispute for a debit card purchase but it has to have been 30 days since payment was taken.

I just hope they haven't folded by then!

I've just looked and their Web Char is online still, but it's useless and won't get you anywhere at all.

I'm just waiting now until 5th September when my dispute with them can be resolved with Paypal.

Partner and I both received refunds late yesterday. Our orders were placed on 16th Aug.

I’ve had a bank notification pop up on my iPad to say I’ve been paid the amount I’m expecting them to refund, so it looks like mine is on its way.
It’s not showing on my bank account yet though.

Looking like in the same position with Numan. They say usually takes 48hours to approve and dispatch. we’re now on day 5, and no communication even when I’ve messaged them several times. The blessing is that they haven’t taken money from my account.

Had the email from them saying sorry blah blah, hopefully the money will appear soon, glad I've got my weight loss more or less done with, would like to have stayed on it for the other benefits, but this shit show has put me right off, I shifted a lot more weight than I thought was possible, so I've got good wiggle room, I won't trust any of them again, and certainly not at the new prices.
