Has anyone else not yet had an order shipped even though its a couple of days past the order date?
I brought the date forward, had an email saying it had been approved several days ago but in my app it says it’s still pending approval?
Is it normal or a glitch?

I’ve had a nightmare with Voy recently. I brought my order forward so that I would get it before holiday but a technical issue meant it wasn’t shipped in time. I have emailed / messaged customer services about rearranging it to August 27th no less than 5 times! They have assured me now that I will get it tomorrow but I haven’t seen any updates in my app or email so not holding my breath! The technical issue also resulted in them cancelling my plan and that’s still showing as cancelled in the app! If it wasn’t for all the stock shortages I would have given up and gone some where else by now 😳

Oh gosh this doesn’t sound great. The thing I cant understand is that Voy doesn’t allow you to order multiple pens as it’s a subscription so in theory it should have plenty of stock for its customers unlike say Medexpress.
They haven’t also communicated any details of their price increases like other companies have, in fact it’s pretty radio silence.
Im not sure whether to try and order a 5mg from another pharmacy or hang tight?

I brought my last order forward by a week no problem - that was right as everything was kicking off re price increases. I've submitted a request to bring the next order forward by a couple of weeks due to holiday and that is showing as pending clinician review.

Just to add that I've just had an email to say that my request to change dates has been approved and the new date is now showing in my app.

I started with Voy in March and had one issue after another like this. I left them because of it and that ended up being a stroke of luck as it was just before the price hike kicked off. So I rejoined them to take advantage of the rejoining discount.
They have a LOT of glitches in their system but their communication is generally good so keep posting in the chat to chase it up.

So update! I’ve messaged and apparently there was a glitch in my account, it’s now all been processed and should be out soon. So glad I asked and didn’t just wait. I wonder how many other people are getting this, particularly with all the crazy going on?

I requested to bring my shipping date forward to 25th August and today still no notification or tracking info, so messaged them and they said it’s currently being processed so should ship soon 🙄 I’m going away on Friday for two weeks so I’m really worried in case it’s not delivered before then.

to be fair, they did respond quite quickly so I’m hopeful now moving forward that this is always the case! Now, do I dare move my next one forward as well to get in before the price rises?

So after contacting them yesterday and them sorting out the glitch, I’ve just received my order! That’s pretty good going so I’m impressed with that response.
If there’s delays showing on your orders I definitely recommend contacting them!

Yes it may take a few hours but they will suddenly get back to you and sort it out. Just keep checking back.

They’ve now sent a message saying up to 24 hours for a response and don’t phone or email them! I don’t know whether I’m getting my medication or not….

I reckon a lot of people are struggling with this ‘glitch’ stick with it they will contact you but 24hrs definitely seems like they are becoming overwhelmed

Yup I’ve brought mine to the 11th. Just go on the calender and select an earlier date

Thank you. I’ll wait for my delivery next week then bring forward. It’ll only be a gap of 8 days though do not sure they’ll accent it. I can’t rearrange next weeks as we’re away unfortunately.

Ive been a bit unlucky with timing, I wasn’t able to rearrange before we went on holiday as we left 2 days after the news re price hike.

I wish they’d indicate how much they’ll increase by.
