Has anyone else not yet had an order shipped even though its a couple of days past the order date?
I brought the date forward, had an email saying it had been approved several days ago but in my app it says it’s still pending approval?
Is it normal or a glitch?

Not related to shipping but I was with Voy and and happy then I cancelled as I was nearly at my goal weight, I then decided about a week later to stay on maintenance rather than going cold turkey and tried to re-order and then they rejected me as I'm no longer obese!!

Even after chatting with customer services and them seeing my history with them it was a no so I've gone elsewhwere now!

I've seen since that voy don't offer maintenance but I've seen quite a few tik tokers and other social media influencers who are claiming to be maintaining with Voy but I don't know how that's true!
