I'm on wygovey, put my order in on 15/8...
And I'm still till waiting for approval! TBF I do keep getting emails acknowledging the delay but has anyone actually had their orders processed? I'm due to start new pen on Sunday and I'm getting a bit stressed on the delay 😅

I'm on Monjaro but no, not been approved yet. I know some people have which confuses me. I suspect they are delaying me as they don't have my dose in stock.

I’m a regular Medexpress customer who re-ordered on Thursday after receiving an email prompt on Wednesday. My order is still ‘awaiting approval’ despite no increase in dose. However, I have seen on these boards that there are several people who have ordered from Medexpress as first time customers to obtain extra pens and have had their orders approved and dispatched within hours. I do wonder whether Medexpress are prioritising new customers? After I (hopefully!) receive my pen and the madness has calmed down, I will be moving to one of the suppliers who prioritised existing customers.

I ordered from Juniper on Friday, and my 2.5 mg injections arrived yesterday. I am very happy so far with Juniper and their communication.

Can you change suppliers to see if you can get yours faster?

That is so weird as I SM the same as you, previous customer, 12.5mg. Not even been approved yet. Which does look like a delay tatic where they have hit low stock on some pens

I ordered Friday at 07:45 and I'm still in clinical review. I've had various emails confirming a 7-10 day delay so no idea when it might arrive. My July pen was ordered on a Monday and it came Saturday which is the longest its taken for a while so expecting much longer this time. Would be good to hear when other Friday orders are starting to be received.

I ordered on Monday 5mg and still in clinical review. Existing customer of 7 months. I imagine they've got Mounjaro stock issues combined with moving many customers over to Wegovy and that it's overwhelming their capacity. They absolutely need to be honest about what's going on. This situation isn't of their making but how they communicate is within their influence.

I ordered in Thursday and it took until yesterday to be approved. It wasn’t Wegovy but 2.5mg of MJ which I have had from then several times before.

I ordered mounjaro 5mg Thursday evening, it was approved and dispatched on Sunday and I received it Monday as I had paid for the 24hr delivery.

There is a bit more to it. I ordered and was refused. No reason just "clinical decision". I complained and then it went through and was delivered quickly. Maybe complain?

I ordered on Thursday for 15mg. I'm a returning customer (haven't ordered from them for months). I've had various emails from them about the delays and to update my photo etc. Still under clinical review.
They never asked for proof of my current prescription so this morning I messaged them with it. Got a response straight away saying it would be passed to their reviewer.
So for now, I just wait. I do suspect they don't have any 15mg so eventually I guess they will either get some or cancel my order. Very frustrating not knowing though as I could order elsewhere.

Yes, I have been with them since December.

My account did say reorder on the 28th, I have just checked and it says I can reorder now so I have no idea what is going on.

I'm an existing customer. I ordered a 15mg the day the price rise news hit (had received the re-order prompt email, but probably wouldn't normally have re-ordered until this week, they send the prompt a bit early). It was approved the next day and I received it the day after.

This has been really useful. It feels like the orders on Thursday 14th Aug were processed fairly promptly but those of us who ordered from Friday 15th Aug have been caught up and are in the most part still waiting for dispatch.

They never actually told me. He gave me some speil about clinical guidelines etc, but I still have a BMI of 27 and was only a few pounds heavier with my last order, so I asked for the reasons and was ignored. Luckily I'd had a chat conversation previously with a different advisor, so I replied to that one, asking for an explanation. She gave me the same spiel, but told me I could try again. I did and the order went through.

I just got a notification that mine has been prescribed and will be despatched in 1-3 days. So the process is working - just slowly.

Despite confirmation on Monday from the Medexpress customer service team that my order had been approved and no further information is needed, I received another email today saying that further information may be required. Not sure what is going on - Medexpress is my regular supplier and I am not changing dose so no further information should be required in addition to updating my weight, confirming height and no medical condition, etc?

Has anyone had any luck obtaining refunds from Medexpress or is it credit only? I’m very tempted to cancel and try my luck elsewhere…
