I'm on wygovey, put my order in on 15/8...
And I'm still till waiting for approval! TBF I do keep getting emails acknowledging the delay but has anyone actually had their orders processed? I'm due to start new pen on Sunday and I'm getting a bit stressed on the delay 😅

I ordered a 10mg on Thursday delivered Monday and I ordered a 12.5mg Monday and it was delivered today.

I tried to order a few days before my official date, they refused.
Once my date arrived, I ordered, same dose as before and it was accepted.
I keep getting emails saying that there will be a delay of between 7 and 10 days.
I've only ever used MedExpress, started last October.
Personally, as long as they keep me informed, I don't have a problem.

Update - have just received an email from Medexpress telling me my prescription was pending because they need additional ID including photographs from front and side and passport / drivers licence. This is despite Medexpress confirming to me on Monday that my order was confirmed and no further information was required. I am a regular customer making my usual 5mg repeat order. Have never been asked for additional photos before so I expect this is a stalling tactic. Have requested a cancellation and refund - specified no credit note is acceptable as will be switching to a new supplier for my next pen.

No approval yet for me either and I ordered Friday 15/8. I got an email today saying they know many of us have stocked up ..... nope just waiting for the one pen I ordered!

I ordered 5mg last Thursday (existing customer, same dose) and it arrived today so not too bad.

I think I'm that far in I might as well wait now, as a new company wouldn't getone for me before Sunday?
But not sure I'll order from these again, or if I do it will be on the date they'll let me which will be weeks in advance

Ive been with Med Express over a year, ordered my normal 15mg dose last Thurs and just received an email today to say they have no stock. I’m on to my golden dose tomorrow and then that’s it. No one seems to have stock of 15mg. Frustrating when I’ve been a regular customer for so long and this was a normal replenishment order
