Creating this in advance, as the old thread is suddenly moving quickly due to recent events. No matter what challenges lie ahead we are still making amazing progress - so let’s keep supporting one another along the way as we approach 4 months ‘on the pen’.

@dozywelshbird we're at a similar loss, I'm just shy of 35lb, but I've been hovering around it for ages.
A healthy BMI for me is anywhere between 7 stones and 9 stone 10, I'm short. 7 stone would be ridiculous though! I'm aiming for about 8.10 but I will stop before then if I'm happy with clothes and how look. That leaves me with up to 35 more to lose ⛰️

what dose are you on @PumpKim and do you track calories? I find the weeks I do best are those when I enter everything into MFP and stick to about 1300 calories

I am taller than you though at 5ft 7in (actually, I think I have shrunk half an inch in my old age but I'm refusing to round down 😃) so I have a bit more wriggle room with calories etc,

good luck with the remaining 35lbs, we'll do it together 😁

Crunchymum · 14/11/2025 09:26

Hello all,

Friday weigh-in and I've lost -2lbs this week which means I'm now firmly in the 9st bracket (9st 10lbs and GW is 9st)

Amazingly my BMI means I'm still in the overweight category. I am very short though.

Still a little l way to go but I'm happy with 2lbs this week . I'm thinking to review the 9st goal but will see when I get a bit closer. Like a PP my weight range for my height is like 7st 10lbs to 9st so 9st wouldn't give me much wriggle room.

It's DC1 birthday today so we have dinner out tonight and cake and then there'll be food again tomorrow. At least it gives me the rest of the week to be extra good.

And I'll be able to happily have a sliver of cake without going back for more.

Wishing everyone well and no matter how near or far you are from GW, just keep on keeping on ❤️

Merlin23 · 14/11/2025 09:27

Friday weigh in
2lbs off really happy especially as it was my son's birthday and a Colin the Caterpillar cake was eaten! (A tiny slice for 2 days)

I'm happy to say I'm now a healthy weight!
BMI was 36.9 now 24.9
SW 202lbs 14st 6lbs
CW 136lbs 9st 10lbs
Total loss 66lbs 4st 10lbs
Im going to stay on 5mg until New Years day, then see where I am.
The first time in my adult life I am a healthy weight.

Happy weekend everyone!

StartingApril2025 · 14/11/2025 10:15

Happy Friday everyone ! Great losses @Merlin23 @Crunchymum and everyone’s progress over the last week- hard to keep up!
I am going away for the weekend today so weighed a little earlier and cannot believe I’ve lost 3.5 lbs this last week( maybe scales are wrong!)which brings me to 4 stone lost and the goal I set myself! My bmi is now 25.1. Really pleased. Would still like to lose a few more pounds as a buffer even another half stone. Will see how we go but after a month of no weight loss I’m happy today.
Never thought in April I’d actually lose this much weight, I love not having food consume me, my thoughts and no stress over how terrible I felt every day. Now I’m still having wardrobe dramas as haven’t really bought enough smaller clothes but think I will aim to buy myself some things over next few weeks if I settle at this size. Have a great weekend everyone!

Crunchymum · 14/11/2025 10:17

Congratulations @StartingApril2025 🎊 Well done on reaching your original goal.

Now go off and have the most wonderful weekend.

Seahawk80 · 14/11/2025 17:08

@StartingApril2025congratulations on reaching your goal weight 🙌🏻

I’m still a bit stalled, down 1lb from last week to 11st but still working off my 3lb gain. Like others im
wondering about going up to 7.5 but I got 4 pends before the price rises so thinking 1) potentially may have to order another 5 before I can go up and 2) I was hoping to get through all those pens and be around my goal. May have to try 6.25 and see how I go if no loss this week.

Have a great weekend all!

AbundanceofKatherines · 15/11/2025 07:52

Morning late April lovelies. Excellent losses reported after last week’s gains for a few of us 😃

I’ve weighed in a day late as I was away with work and am delighted with a 2.2lb loss!

SW 12st 7.5 - BMI 31.1
CW 9st 0.8 - BMI 22.5
GW 8st 10 - BMI 21.5 (this was the GW suggested by my provider).

Feeling fabulous! Hair seems to be shedding less. Size 10 jeans are now getting a bit baggy. Still have a large and wobbly belly, I can’t see that ever shifting.

BeachBodyAim · 15/11/2025 12:14

SW 17.7
CW 13.7
Week 28?? Loss 1lb
Total loss 4 stone!!!!!

I’m delighted with a 1lb loss this week (showed 2lb yesterday but oh well lol!!) it’s taken me to 4 stone!!!!!
Well done everyone on the losses and NSV’s!! Have a fab week!!

Zebracat · 15/11/2025 14:32

86.3 this morning, so still wavering around between 86 and 87. I’m so pissed off, ready to give up. I’ve run out of MJ, and can’t seem to get any more. Currently waiting to hear back from 2 suppliers. And I’m not in the least bit dodgy. I’ve been trying for a month now. And I’m ill with some nasty allergic reaction or something. FML.

AbundanceofKatherines · 15/11/2025 15:27

Oh @Zebracat- I’m so sorry to hear all that. I’m afraid I have no suggestions re ordering, but maybe start a new thread asking the question and some of the very helpful knowledgeable long term posters might have suggestions? Apologies if you’ve already tried this.

I hope your allergic reaction clears up soon xx

Merlin23 · 15/11/2025 16:53

@Zebracat I am on another thread for maintenance and someone has recommended
Pharmulous.
Have you tried them?

Zebracat · 15/11/2025 17:22

Thanks @AbundanceofKatherines , @Merlin23 . I’m waiting to hear from 2, if nothing comes of those I will try pharmulous or just eat all the food. I dunno.

Zebracat · 15/11/2025 17:23

I can’t start a new thread, too Ill, no energy.

Don't give up.When you feel better hopefully you'll have more energy to think.
I'm sure you'll find a supplier.
🤗

@Zebracat have you been turned down or are they just being slow? Is it worth contacting them to understand what the issue is?

1.1lb loss for me this week. Today's actual weight was the lowest of the week but I take the weekly average, so hoping that bodes well for next week 🤞
Going ok on 10mg so far, but I do need to make an effort to get back to good habits. Water intake has slipped and although I'm not eating a lot, it could definitely be more nutritious! With still a long way to go, it's something I need to concentrate on.

slightlysmallerPoisonIvy · 16/11/2025 22:08

Today is my 200th day on mounjaro!
The scale demon has been a bit stubborn and it's taken me 3 weeks to lose 1lb, 0.1 for yesterday's weigh in, 0.5 last week and 0.4 the week before.
Weirdly I've been absolutely unbothered by this. I know my calories and nutrition have been fine, I know I've done less exercise than I should, I know I've lost inches, I know sometimes the scale doesn't move or moves in the wrong direction no matter what we are doing. And I'm ok with that.
Who even am I and where is the me that would self sabotage if she didn't lose big enough numbers every single day?! Pre-Mj this would have completely derailed me, I would have got all mad about it and self sabotaged because what's the point in even trying it's all just too hard.
Maybe she lived in the lbs I've lost, she talked a lot of crap so maybe she was in the ass fat that has disappeared. Dieting with hangry her was hard work! Life on MJ is so different, it's not a struggle to stick to a calorie deficit, I'm not hungry all the time and trying so hard to resist the temptation of junk food, so when I get to weigh in day it's not a devastating disappointment if I haven't lost anything.
I've spent years dieting, sometimes with success but more often failing miserably and I feel kinda sad about all the time I spent starving myself and berating myself for not being able to lose weight. It wasn't my fault, it wasn't because I didn't try hard enough, the thin people don't just have more self control. Gosh I'm going to miss this stuff when I run out.

Well done everyone on all the great losses @PumpKim @BeachBodyAim @AbundanceofKatherines @Seahawk80 @StartingApril2025 @Merlin23 @Crunchymum @Coffeeandallthebooks @Coventree @BudgieMom @dozywelshbird and anyone else I missed, lots of people hitting goal weights and healthy bmis it's so motivating to see!

wlinewbie0425 · 17/11/2025 06:31

Love your update @slightlysmallerPoisonIvycongratulations on the loss and milestone but even more so on banishing the self-destructive mindset. I do know what you mean, I am due on this week and weight jumped up 2lb over the weekend but I can just shrug it off now.

well done to all the others who have posted with losses too it’s fabulous.

@Zebracatsorry to hear you are having a hard time getting next pen, it sounds incredibly frustrating, the only good thing is there are so many suppliers now so I am sure frustrating and time consuming as it is you will be able to get one. I think there are still quite a lot of people on the thread like you and @PumpKimwho have made great progress but had a longer journey to take, I hope those of us who were lucky that it was a shorter one and closer to maintenance don’t make this thread feel less supportive / it’s great there are the threads recommended for 5/10 stone to loose too but it’s always great to hear how it’s going here.

not tagging as I know it only came from a place of kindness but we do need to be mindful of safety and legality posting on here and also in real life, we can’t offer to pass on prescribed meds. I really hope everyone can access what they need.

Happy Monday 🍂🍃🍁

Feeling super chilly and autumnal here (hence the leaves!)

SW 87.65kg
CW 70.45kg
GW 65kg

So that's a loss of 1.4kg this week... More than I was expecting, though I'm definitely feeling slimmer - I can feel / see my bone structure and clothes are fitting more generously.

I still have the hip pain and the world's most boring lingering cold so exercise is pretty limited, but I plan to focus on some strength training this week.

Well done on defeating the self sabotage @slightlysmallerPoisonIvy

Keep it up @PumpKim- good luck on increasing the water intake and nutrition this week!

Hope you feel better soon @Zebracat I've used a different supplier for almost every pen I've had and can recommend The Independent Pharmacy, Zava, WePrescribe, IQ Doctor and Pillsorted. If you don't get a response from the pharmacies you've contacted, I'm sure you'll get one from one of those x

Wow on the loose size 10 jeans @AbundanceofKatherines! Glad you are feeling fabulous 😍

@Seahawk80hope you manage to work out a dose that feels right for you

Well done for reaching goal @StartingApril2025! A fantastic achievement 🎉🏆🙌 . Hope you had a fab weekend away
