Tuesday Check-in for me! (I just noticed how those words sound like they would be spelled the same but aren’t 🙈)
So I have just administered my 13th jab! I’ve stuck with 3.75mg again this week. 5mg was too much for me, no side effects this week so feeling back to normal!
SW 92.9kg BMI 30
CW 75kg. BMI 24.4
Current Goal…..MET!!! 🥳
New Goal… now based on clothes sizes!

Well 75kg isn’t the magic number I was hoping for. Don’t get me wrong I’m so much healthier and happier than before and I’m proud of myself BUT i want to drop a proper jeans size or two before I even think about maintaining.
My top half is definitely noticeably smaller, my legs are definitely more toned but my hips and thighs are being stubborn!!! I’ve been trying on clothes more often and even with ridiculous discrepancies between retailers I’m still not reliably a smaller size. My old 14s are looser but still wearable.
This week I’m going to try and relax, only got one work shift then some leave!! Going to go see Oasis at the weekend and today is results day for kids in Scotland so hopefully some celebrations later when postie has been.
I say it every week but it’s true - I am so proud of all of us for doing hard things today for our future selves and our families! It’s not easy prioritising yourself but we are all making noticeable, important changes for ourselves and I think that is worth celebrating everyday!
