I started at BMI 30.3 in December, probably a size 14, I didn't measure but this is the Next size dress I bought for my granny's funeral.
Originally I wanted to get to a healthy BMI, about 9st 8 and then 9st 4 as recent years that felt like a good weight given I'd struggled to get to my usual target of 8st 12. It was so straightforward though and I hit healthy around the end of March, 9st 4 a couple of weeks later, 8st 12 at the beginning of May so set it to a previous previous target of 8st 7 which I achieved around the end of May and called target. I quite like the idea of getting to 8st 4 as that was a weight I was in my early 20s but for now I don't want to go below 8st 4 (so far lowest has been 8st 5) and I don't want to go above 8st 8. I was 8st 6.2 this morning.
I went up to 5mg but have been maintaining on 2.5 since the end of May. I'm tempted to go up slightly to lose a couple of pounds ahead of holiday and for the first time I won't have on holiday so will be leaving it around 10 days between jabs, another reason to have a bit more these next two jabs.
Clothes wise I fit into all my size 8 clothes I owned before lockdown (when I was around 8st 12) and my Topshop jeans are a little loose. I had to buy a new suit recently and ended up with a size 6 Next one.
According to Next dress size
Bust: 10
Waist: 4-6 (I'm bigger than 4 but smaller than 6, so does that mean it should be 6?)
Hips: 6-8
M&S dress size
Bust: 8-10
Waist: 6-8
Hips: 6-8
I've never had small hips so this is wonderful, my thighs and arms are still large, but I think a lot of excess skin so unlikely to go down...
Also renpho scales still say my subcutaneous fat is too high, ignore ignore ignore!
