Mounjaro effecting orgasms?

Anyone else had this. I’m only on week 2, but already noticed it getting harder to orgasm. Is it a known side effect?

I am having the opposite problem . I feel very aroused very often and not in context. I can be doing the most mundane thing and 😳 I’m getting a very notable tingle 😂.

No issues whatsoever for me, in fact everything feels and is better. But I was obese and prediabetic so it's improved my health and hormones etc so can understand why I'm better in that way too.
