So wanted to share my update first week on 5 seems to be working good had suppression on 2.5 but this is more noticeable in the 4wks on 2.5 I lost 7.5lb not a lot but slow and steady wins the race

I am with Click2Pharmacy. They are £138 for 5mg. They send you a letter for your GP but it's up to you if you give it to them

I’m with Asda and they told my GP. I would be really wary about a provider that didn’t tbh.

I dont have one .
I have 3 GP practices in my area …have basically fallen out with all of them or the receptionists.
Been given wrong medication, wrong diagnosis and wrong blood test results at all 3 at various times .
When i complained…was told not to go back .
Given wrong blood test results , complained very politely and was told i had upset the doctor..dont come back
Last one told me i had impetigo when i could barely walk and had a painful rash all down one leg….it was shingles .
complained …told not to go back
I have no trust in them anyway anymore

Oh maybe Click2 did tell them then. I assumed the attachment was for me to hand in but maybe it was just a copy for my information

So after last week's adventures with diahhorea....I'm constipated and haven't shit since.

Sp dulcolax has been taken. I expect to suffer later

I recommend califig for constipation, natural syrup of figs, bit pricey, but doesn't draw water into your bowels, which can cause dehydration, unlike laxatives

im kinda shocked at how much I have lost. Really felt it in today’s clothes.

This is day one really as took my first injection at 6pm last night .
Had two beef rolls yesterday and some strawberries.
Tonight i had some of the pasta bake i had in.
I am sure i didnt eat as much as usual.
Thats all i have had today though .
I made it and put the rest in a 800ml ice cream container and i have had just under half.
That was enough .
I may have some strawberries later on as they need eating .
Trying to just eat less .
I usually only have one meal a day anyway .
its been the crisps and salted nuts at night and chocolate and sweets.
I was having cake in the afternoon and milky coffee .
No cake or anything sweet today .

Day 2 for me and not sure if anything is happening. Expected to feel some suppression but not sure I have it . I’ve eaten less but not struggled to eat. 🤔 have drunk almost 4 litres today and don’t feel uncomfortably full.

Did you feel sick? I’m starting tomorrow and worried about sickness lol

Should I be dieting the day before? Was going to have a blow out takeaway a last supper if you will

I’m about to start my fifth week and still feel normal. I can eat as much as I want in my meals, it seems, but I don’t seem to crave things inbetween meals. I’ve been eating very healthy meals and have cut out sugar. I’ve lost a stone in a month and had absolutely no side effects. I took 4mg last week and still have no fullness. I’m hoping it stays the same. It’s helping me but I’m liking that I can eat enough. I think it’s a good balance.
