it's so annoying to then hear all those besserwissers spouting that it's all calories in and out, all you need is to eat a little less. I have, factually, objectively, been in calorie deficit. I have been working out every day. And no weight loss.
Happened to open another weightloss thread, where the op was so happy she was on a health kick, lost a lot of weight - great for her. She posted her food diary - that was 3 full meals and snacks, I would put on an absolute ton eating that much. I mean good for her but if someone can lose weight eating like that, I can understand those people don't understand people like us.
But onwards and downwards! I've had plenty of plateaus before, at some point it will start moving again.
