Weigh in day for me too!
CW: 61.55kg, BMI 22.6, fat % 30.9%. Visceral fat 6. Sub cut fat is 28.6% (needs to be <26.7% to be in healthy range, according to renpho scales).
SW: 76.1kg, BMI 28, fat 36.4%, visceral fat 1, subcut fat 32.6%.
Interesting week, and I've not weighed everyday. Weight did dip down to 61.25kg....but then diarrhoea hit at the start of the week so I had to take an imodium. I'll need to stagger the use of the magnesium to when I have two days off in a row (just in case). Also need to re-order another pen.
I'm not sure what my GW should be. People at working starting to really comment. I'm not starving myself, but I am literally just eating what I want, in the quantities I want (admittedly not always very much), when I want. I'm not sure why they're commenting (some are saying I'm too skinny/look like I walked out of a POW camp) as I'm actually around the weight I WAS about 6yrs back...post DCs and before menopause hit. And I'd been in the 55-60kg range for a lot of my 30's.
I think I might have to look at maintenance but need to reorder now (as I have about 2weeks left (inc bonus dose) of my current 7.5mg pen. I'll get on to Zava and see what is what.
