@SilenceInside Thanks for this, it is great to hear. I know the alternative is do nothing, and a year down the line things will be the same, or worse, so I just have to buckle down. It’s just tricky when there are unhealthy things in the house, and today (3 days after my first jab) I am definitely feeling like I have less willpower…!
How do you know when you should increase the dose? The instructions from Asda said that you could increase after 4 weeks, but I have got no clear idea if whether that is a good thing to do, or not, if I have a lot to lose (and potentially doing WLI for the next year or two)? Does anyone have any thoughts on moving up or staying on the same dose? Thanks all :)
