We are doing so well. 7mths

Hugs all the auggies and all of us have lost a fair amount of weight

Some still have weight to lose myself included

Equally a few are nearing their healthy bmi or have reached it and thinking about maintaining

And all I can say is an elephants penis 😂😂😂

@Slimhopes I always inject from the fridge, my pens are always stored there even when open so it's probably just a coincidence. I think as someone else said, more likely you've just hit a bit that is going to lead to a bruise rather than it being anything worrying!

@owlyboo I love your little chart - may I ask where it's from please?

Another one saying you look good in the jeans @Blondeshavemorefun - and I think we started at around the same weight/have similar measurements?

I'll never be happy with my thighs. Even at size 10/12 they seemed disproportionately huge compared to the rest of me.

I also have a thicker waist now (thanks menopause) so I'm trying to find things that I feel good in rather than looking at the size label as it's just a rough estimate. Sizes differ vastly from shop to shop - even the same style item in a different colour from the same shop can be a couple of inches different.

Last sun lounger day today and I can tell I'm due my jab tomorrow as I'm starving. It's only this week I've actually felt proper hunger since being on 10mg (for about 7 weeks). I'll see how I feel after the jab when I get home but I think my next order may be for 12.5. It worries me that I might get to the end of anything working before I lose the remaining weight.

Check everyone doing so well with lots of nsv and weight off, or understandably not this week! Bunch of 🌟 we all are. It's hard changing the mindset of being embarrassed getting photos done and putting ourselves down first. @Blondeshavemorefun the jeans fit and you look amazing even if you aren't feeling slinky kinky 😂.
Im working my way down the doses slowly, and then we'll see how it goes. Have a great weekend everyone

either I was deliberately trying to crop out my fat or …….

but I am glad I have lots and lots of face pics with dd from baby to now

@Weepixie If you're not feeling hungry, stay where you are! You can always go up if it wears off. Good news, though!

@Slimhopes I have this sometimes, more frequently with the higher dose. I end up with an itchy red spot, which goes with an antihistamine cream. I've had no bad side effects from it other than that.

Hi Weasel. Would you believe I’m feeling hungry now? 🤣🤣🤣

Its 1 hour and 45 minutes since I took my plate back to the kitchen having only eaten half of my normal calorie counted portion and I’m now hungry again.

Hahaha....came across these shorts while sorting out my vinted pile. These are the very shorts that caused me to cry in Yours clothing when I couldn't fit in the size 22 and had to buy a 24! They made me come straight home and order my first pen. The rest, as they say, is history 😂

@Timetofindme it's just an image from google and I manually add the weight each week. (Because I'm sad 😂) I googled weight loss chart and took a screen shot.

You look amazing in the jeans, they do larger sizes in skinny jeans but you don't need to try them on, because THE 16'S FIT YOU! I'll stop shouting now 😂

Skinny jeans by definition are meant to be tight-fitting therefore this is how size 16 thighs are meant to look in them! I'm sure they'll feel a little looser in a week or two, but if they get much looser than you'll need to change sizes. You've spent all this time being upset you can't fit in them and now you can fit in you still won't accept they're a proper fit! Accept your much more slender self!!
