We are doing so well. 7mths

Hugs all the auggies and all of us have lost a fair amount of weight

Some still have weight to lose myself included

Equally a few are nearing their healthy bmi or have reached it and thinking about maintaining

And all I can say is an elephants penis 😂😂😂

Little bit of praise for IQ Doctor..
So I ordered my 10 from oushk, but realising I want to do another 7.5 and with them mucking up delivery day that I choose and paid for, I went to IQ Doctor..
Ordered Monday, was on hold Tuesday as they wanted to know why I had a gap in orders, explained I had extra pens from med express referral codes.. they approved and dispatched yesterday, I diverted to post office and just picked it up now.. Well packaged, ice still ice, 5 needle tips..

Am impressed with them..

Ah thanks @Blondeshavemorefun you're lovely. And I'm sorry ttc was such a long process for you too. It took 4 years for DH and I, which comparatively was not so bad, but I'd wanted children my whole life - tried with a previous ex, so a painful breakup, multiple bereavements and it taking forever to meet my DH put it all back too. It's so lovely that you have your miracle, I'm so pleased. DD is mine - do you know the song 1,000 years? I was listening to it this morning and it made me cry, because it reminded me of the day before I went in to have her I was listening to it in the bath ....' all along I believed I would find you, time has brought your heart to me, I have loved you for a thousand years, I'll love you for a thousand more ...'. Urgh I'm welling up again haha, definitely hormonal!

2w later as new tax year I got the call we were at the top and our turn

was. Real heart wrench

then when met dh2 as he had kids - tho in their 20’s - I lost the nhs go

which i always think was wrong as me with the issue. Not dh

I am also feeling a bit overwhelmed with things at the moment. STS this week with my weigh in. So am going to go up to 12.5. I am feeling quite hungry a lot of the time though am not resorting to eating lots and lots. I really want to lose another stone before I go on my short break celebrating some special birthdays with friends in May.

I still have huge amounts of weight to lose, and suddenly my elephant's penis doesn't seem that much of an achievement which is bonkers I know.

ps am really appreciating all the non weight loss posts and info. It's lovely finding out more about everyone's lives.

@Azuresky68 your wee post just says it all. Aww we have really done amazing and we can celebrate each other just not ourselves. I think we need to congratulate ourselves and realise omg we've done it! After years of dieting and self loathing we are sticking to this and yep, we often say we are sick of this shit haha but not one of us have given up! I definitely appreciate every single one of you amazing ladies and the support, even reading all the posts without feeling the need to contribute is a comfort as we will always have each other. Ffs what's happening today? I love that song @AuntieDote it's beautiful.

@NippyNinjaCrab totally agree.. I do read all the posts, but find it hard to keep up and I feel I only really post about myself.. but I do read all the post and am so happy for everyone I'm just rubbish at replying to people.
This thread does help me though and I appreciate everyone on here that comments..

I'm still losing, slowly for a couple weeks but think I am now 1lb away from 5 stones.. I'll check on Monday for my official weigh day..

I've had a good day today. Met a friend for a coffee and catch up, it's been sunny which always helps my mood.

Also hadn't seen my friend for a good few months and she was flabbergasted by the change. She knows I'm on MJ and she just kept saying 'you look like a completely different person' 'you look amazing' etc. every 5 minutes or so 😂 bless her.

Me again. I got a white stuff voucher code send through for my birthday. It's £10 when you spend £30. White stuff isn't really my style so if anyone wants to use it it's LNJZZ9YG6

Obviously I think it'll only work once but if anyone wants to use it it's there!

Agree @morbidcuriosity it’s such a lovely thread and definitely keeps me going, when I go awol I find I don’t have half such a good mindset about it all. I’m terrible for banging on about myself though, not so good at replying always - it moves so fast and it’s hard to keep up sometimes. Amazing to be just 1lb off 5 stone - fingers crossed for Monday!

@AuntieDote I agree. I’ve been AWOL for the past 2/3 weeks and I feel like I’ve missed masses and also I’m not in the positive mindset I was through last year. So I’m back with the the group and hopefully will be back on my A game. Hope you’re all doing well - from the photos I’ve seen you’re all looking amazing. Well done, it’s fantastic to see.

I think it's good to be able to chat freely about ourselves and how we feel, I think we know that even of there's no specific reply we are all here for supporting each other.

I love daffs, these were at an area I used to take my dog walking group and it's a lovely place to walk, i still go there sometimes, maybe once a week as it's a bit out the way now.

I was just thinking earlier when I got out the bath, we will save a fortune on body moisturiser lol and sun cream as there's so much less to cover 😅 random but I'm putting away our toiletries for holiday and it popped into my head 😂 xx

Well done to everyone, especially those at goal or so so close. But really, well done to everyone for the last 6 months - we should all be so proud.

I’m just catching up after a couple of weeks away, also been struggling with multiple issues, but the fog has lifted and the sun is making it seem better.

Have wonderful holidays those that are going away. @Azuresky68 is it Argentina you’re going to? It’s on my bucket list!

I’ve found some of my old holiday clothes which mostly fit, and ordered a few other pieces. Mostly Vinted as I still want to lose another stone but more than anything I need to tone up. My plans went awry lately but need to get back on it!
I also found my old ballgown from about 1998 which I had made. It’s tight fitting Chinese style and I couldn’t believe that it fits again!

Also single and really don’t think I could ever put myself through another relationship. Sometimes I think the company would be nice, but the effort of looking…. nah.
But I want to travel. And now that I’m slimmer I’m more confident and carry myself better and looking forward to adventures, even if it means going alone.

I’ve had very few comments on my weight loss so far. SIL, exdp, my dad and 2 colleagues but maybe that’s because I still have quite a large stomach and lots of flab on my legs. But comfortably in a 12 and weighing in at 9st 12ish, the lowest I’ve been for probably 20 years!

Was about to write happy weekend and then realised I’ve still a day more at work to go 😬

Mum mentioned it by WhatsApp just after the last time I ever saw her. She said Dad noticed too. He's never said though and nobody else has despite shedding another stone since.

Morning, I've apparently added 3lbs since last week!! I'm 11st 7lbs wtaf how 🤔 and oh dear lol 😆 🤣 i will knuckle down this week and reverse this, been for a poo it's not a poo baby. I'm blaming DH and his lovely food he's made me last weekend. It is what it is, I'll do the walk of shame and add my result to my wee chalk board on the fridge. Xx

@NippyNinjaCrabsorry to hear about your gain..do you weigh weekly or more often? A couple of times that's happened to me but it's just been a blip, probably caused by carbs and alcohol. Hopefully it will drop off quickly 🤞

2lbs off this week. 1 more lb to a 6 and a half stone loss! Still feeling meh but hubby is taking me into town this afternoon for a shopping spree so hopefully that will help 😉
