Good luck. I just took my 1st jag 25 minutes ago. Waited until today as I was worried about side effects.

One of you may want to start a February starters’ thread if there isn’t one already?

JustPassingByToo · 31/01/2025 09:45

Agree with above, but just to add don't forget to label it as 2025 as there's already a February starters thread but for 2024. It's just to avoid confusion when searching for threadsSmile

Goodluck to you all.

Stick with it! For me it came off very slowly it seemed and yet now it seems very fast. Last June I was 97.5 and now I am 74.5. It's made a world of difference already and I've another 10 kg or so to go. The difference with this is that I know it will come off. Don't ever try to overeat as you will really suffer! I never wanted to anyway but if you're tempted always think I will feel really bad if I do. Really bad physically, not mentally. Just some tricks... don't eat in the evening as you're more likely to get indigestion in the night. Don't eat fatty foods after midday otherwise you're likely to get indigestion. I haven't wanted an alcoholic drink or chocolate since my first injection. Apples taste amazing now!

I'm expecting my first delivery today! From Oushk. Nervous and excited!

Not sure what my weight is exactly as I don't have scales, but in the region of 80kg (that's what it was last time I was weighed at a GP appointment). My ideal weight is between 60-65kg so 15-20kg (2 to 3 stone approx) to lose...

I think I'll have to buy some scales so I can keep track!

Have just started a Mounjaro Feb 2025 starters group. Not sure how to share that thread on here, but hopefully you can find it! xx
