Poor you @myladyjane , hopefully you will feel a bit more with it tomorrow.
I know the not being able to sleep/switch off after work feeling and it isn't a nice one. Have you tried listening to a meditation? I swear by Mark Williams' Mindfulness - 8 week 'course' on audible. I listen to/do the body scan meditation every day.
I still think about food rather a lot. I love cooking and buying nice ingredients and am still doing that, just skipping a meal a day to get my calories down to about 1000.
I'm also feeling a bit meh today. I am wondering if my awful low down backache is menstrual/adenmyosis related as there are lots of reports of MJ affecting periods and I've had a few twinges over the last couple of days.
@cloudjumper what sort of things are you eating? I'm trying to have a piece of superseded brown bread each day as half a sandwich because with ham, salad and a scrape of lurpak that is getting on for 200 calories which soon bumps up a too small count.
I must move and get cooking for this crowd, I've been sat here reading, surfing and feeling sorry for myself for too long.
