ok so maybe not included in most people that take this injection but just asking out of curiosity.

Tuesday night late on around 11pm I started my first dose of Maunjaro starting weight was 12 stone 11.
Today I’m 12 stone 3 so it is quite a big drop in pounds just 4 days really.

I understand side effects I have suffered from feeling sick headache no feeling to eat what so ever since then. You’re lucky I’ve even had the equivalent to a full meal since then.

what I’ve had since then is: Banana, 2X Toasties (eating half of both portions) plenty of water. And one bar of chocolate as my body starting craving for sugar yesterday evening.

now the rest of the side effects have been ok and managed but it’s a weird felling of not being hungry that I just couldn’t explain to anyone but this is the scary part day 2 right up until last night all I could really explain the problem was like a (demon in my body) my eyes were really big sticking out and my pupils were massive I felt like I was in a world of my own constantly and completely zoned out. Even my mum looked at me and was checking in often as she said I didn’t look right or look or seem like myself?

has anyone else felt like this? Today I feel back to my normal self?

Op, get a very simple travel sickness med from the chemists and take a dose of them. Your feeling of nausea should go and you’ll be able to eat.

I have I’ve just made a protein shake to try.
I know people are telling me to eat but I’m not keep repeating myself when I say I CANT eat

If you can drink water as you say you are, you can probably keep down electrolyte sachets or cuppa soups. Nothing you have said is indicating you have tried to eat something and its come back up again

Are you actually throwing it back up or just feeling very nauseous because you haven't eaten of the side effects?
I keep repeating myself too that I know exactly what you mean by that extreme suppression. I struggle to eat anything at all the first day after I jab. I make sure I do eat though because I know it's not good for me not to.
