So talking of new wardrobes... I have some lovely fitted size 14 dresses that are certainly baggy after Christmas, whereas they used to be tight and lovely-fitting... Guess I'll get the last couple of wears in now but they may have to go on Vinted 😥Shame because they're genuinely lovely designs and I loved wearing them.
So it's a bit bittersweet saying goodbye to clothes. I've been eating dessert this week to fill the dresses out a little longer!
Had an unplanned wine and choc session and expected it to stall losses, but miraculously I lost 4lb week-on-week. 1 more stone to go to initial target weight!
My main concern is I am losing muscle as well as fat, and I am really trying to stall the muscle loss. High protein foods, do weights, avoid draining cardio, any other tips? I've lost half a stone in muscle on MJ and I know muscle is bloody hard to regain!
